Could not speak highly enough about Systematic Moving & Delivery! They gave me a very competitive quote that I jumped on. They wrapped my fragile items, like a giant floor length mirror and a glass dining table, with a lot of care. It all arrived safely and even after conquering a walkup, they took the time to place each piece in the rooms where I needed it. They were very clear and upfront with me throughout the whole process - and made the generally dreadful task of moving in NYC as seamless as it could be. I'd definitely recommend them.

These guys were great!  Coordinating the move with Alison was positively seamless! The day of the move (which was a two part move) the moving team was extremely communicative and always updating me as to their status. (They were slightly delayed due to traffic) The team lead was fantastic and ensured that our massive card catalog was moved in without damaging our newly refinished floors.  At the last moment I realized we needed to move the piece slightly to the right (only around 3 inches) They happily came back up to move the piece for me even though they were just about to pull away in the truck...  Great customer service!  Highly recommended!

Everyone who works at this company is nice, helpful, professional, and quick.  I've used them so far just for small messenger jobs and I look forward to using them for bigger projects when we need to. They make me feel even my small jobs are important.  It doesn't usually occur to me to tip a messenger for something small, but I find myself doing it so that I can show my appreciation. This company is really impressive.

After 7 years in my Midtown apartment, I am finally moving out. Hundreds of moving companies called me when I threw several messages inquiring about moving companies here on Yelp. Systematic Moving owned by Konstantin gave me the best deal! He was very responsive through emails, phone calls and texts. The day of the move, Alex - brother of Konstantin and Joseph showed up to help to me. They are both super cool and good people! After the initial signing of the contract, both of them speedily but carefully wrapped my stuff and loaded them on the truck! Alex made sure that everything was smooth, clean and on time! Joseph even helped me take down the customized fixed window blinds. Moving might be one of the hardest thing to do but these guys did a great job that I still had energy to go to work then party for St Patricks! ;)

For New Yorkers like you and me, This is a must-escape. I don't recommend them to anyone who plans for a professional moving service. What a mess. This company is a big night mare. Don't put down the 100 security deposit. It's too much trust for the incompetent team. I scheduled a curb to curb job from one storage and to another storage. During the moving, after they breached their contract, they threatened to hold my stuff until I put down cash to finish the job. They breached the contract and put me and my partner on the spot of a moving situation. I'm investigating into legal procedures to solve this.All started from the scheduler Chana who lied and coordinated the job. The day prior to the moving, I exchanged emails with him many times and confirmed the hours of the job will start at 10 am with 2 movers. He was out on the day of the job and nothing was as the contracted.10 am, no show. Called the office, Alec said the job is only for 1 mover, and would be there at 12. He didn't care what was exchanged in emails or what was the plan, although was an extensively-documented conversation. He couldn't hear a thing when things were about their mis-scheduling, bossy, unapologetic. A bully. Won't make a deal. Won't admit fault. He was counting that I would take up much more time and missed my contract estimate. I didn't. Because I am organized, I didn't count on others' fault to make money. I highly doubted Alec's incentive, he was counting on clients being late so he can sit and charge. But he didn't know who he is dealing with this time.The mover called me around 10:20 and said he went to pick up a package (and that was not related to me) and would be coming to my appointment at 11:30. I asked if he was accompanied by another mover, he said he was alone. I asked about a platform to move up my shelves, he said he had a platform to get up things.Called Alec again, I said this isn't acceptable. He yelled 'I can cancel the job for you.' But that meant my security deposit would be taken because of your fault. Geez, I had to trust you and put down 100.00; I got all of my stuff out to trust you to show up; I called when things fell into the cracks and I was under high pressure when waiting for this company to put their act together to fulfill their contract. All he can think of is just that he can make that 100.00 security deposit for no work. THIS IS A SCAM. This is an unethical business, this is building up incentive to make money out of mis-diligence. Because he thinks clients don't have an option when they are engaged with a task that has many consequences in a day in New York. 11:40, not anywhere near.12:20 Two movers called me but we found out that they were at a wrong location. Alec told them the wrong direction.When they arrived, they told me they didn't have a ramp. We had to change all the plans and dismantle the packed equipment. When we arrived at the drop off location, I found some of my equipment were bent may've fallen. I have to check and find out if any things are broken now.Alec screamed at me over the phone for calling him to coordinate what to do about the payment and their wrong doing. 'Why do you keep calling me?' He is by no means a a stable person and not a competent business practitioner. Blaming a 2:40 minute late job to New York City traffic, while this all started from the scheduler Chana who made a mistake, and haunted the whole trip. Full cover-up, organized scam.Alison picked up all the slack from Chana and was very helpful and great. I regret that I couldn't have her. The movers were sweet, loading and offloading was about 20 min each round, fast and reasonable. However, unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy them due to the main screwed up happened from their boss Alec. I won't recommend this business at all.
