Storage Deluxe location in Sunnyside could not have worked out better!   I moved from SS to the city and needed a place to keep my stuff -- it's an easy, convenient ride to get to, clean, well-maintained and managed.  Staff is super nice and, I agree, Jason does stand out.  His thoroughness and customer services deserves 5-stars too... heck, let's give him a raise!  They also have good deals, just need to push to get it, esp if you're long-term.Very happy with this location.

While I wasn't sure I'll be saying this at the time I first booked a storage unit here, I have only positive things to say about my experience here. All staff are super helpful, and they're always willing to listen. There were some hiccups in the process initially when I signed up for their service. At that time, I felt like I got inconsistent info from them over the phone and in person w.r.t the fact they charge you for those few extra days if you start storing your stuff before the 1st of any month. But I must admit, towards the end of my contract, I had no complaints. The staffer who deserves special mention from their team is a lady by the name Marcela - she really goes above and beyond in helping customers out. The only suggestion I have for people considering storage options in general - be sure to understand all charges involved. Storage deluxe offer the 1st month free (Yup, it's true! :-)) - but, that doesn't mean you don't have to pay a cent when you move your stuff in - there's obviously some set-up fee etc involved. Just be sure to have a detailed chat with the staff and note down the costs involved for your own reference, and you should be all set.I'd definitely consider using their services again, and I'd recommend them for sure to anyone who's looking for a safe & reliable storage option in NYC.

My move in general was a very demanding and stressful  process.  But once I got my CubeSmart Storage space in Sunnyside, Queens on 47th Ave., I felt relieved that my excess stuff would be safe and secure. I reserved the wrong size space but the professional staff there was quick to alert me that I needed a larger space and easily provided the right size storage for my needs. The facility is easily accessible with public transportation (both subway and bus), clean, safe and even has good tunes playing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are plenty of packing and moving supplies should you need something that you did not plan for. This is the first time I have used a storage space and it is such a pleasure to live in my apartment without being crowded with luggage, bikes, seasonal hobby gear, etc.  My CubeSmart is only a five minute walk away so I can access whatever I need any day of the week. Having a CubeSmart storage space is essential for enjoying my apartment living space!

This is a good place to store items.  Feels safe and all over good staff.  Jason stands out and it's not just the red hot Camaro that he parks outside.  This guy made it easy to sign up.  I hope he likes my new mustang that I bought to show off.   Alas, I've moved on but owe you guys!  Thanks so much!
