State To State Moving and Auto Transport

Last month I used state to state and I'm just getting around to giving them the credit they deserve. I shipped my convertible to South Florida using them. Their rates were similar to other places but their service and people over the phone seem to have a better idea of what they were talking about more so than other places I called. I also was looking for door-to-door shipping inside an enclosed trailer. Not every place offers that combination and are able to get going within the same week.This business was able to accommodate all of those needs and shipped my car three days after my first phone call to them. I wasn't the least bit interested in trying to meet them at some location to pick up my car. I wanted it as close as possible to the location that I gave them.They were able to drop it off right in front of the apartment complex that I stay at when in Florida. They gave me notice a couple times  when the car was going to arrive. Once or twice the driver didn't respond when I reached out to him but the dispatcher always did. Overall they did a great job and I will use them in the future.

1 star is giving them more credit than deserved. Customer beware-DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY.    They are over priced but more importantly all or most of my belongings where delivered damaged - destroyed.  They do not deliver on time. When I mean on time it took them months for my furniture to be delivered. They must have thrown all my boxes in the truck because every plate vase glass wear came broken. The movers were in a rush did not offer to help or take boxes back with them. They did however ask for tips. They had bad attitudes and unprofessional. When you call customer service and ask to speak to the manager I was given Alex. Alex does nothing to help you the customer. They basically take your money and do not deliver your goods. I ended up spending thousands of dollars and received broken cracked banged up furniture.

This summer I drove to the east coast for across the country road trip, and well, life happens, I crashed my car in NJ county, and couldn't drive it back. Good thing, I have relatives there in New York Area,and they helped me get the car to the reliable mechanic so it can be fixed, but it was taking a while, I had to leave it behind and fly back home.After it was fixed, obviously I wanted my baby back, it was Lexus RX 2015. Summer was over, and I didn't have much time on my hands, so I had to have it shipped back home. I don't even exactly recall how I came upon these guys, but glad I did. First of all, they had the best prices above other services I've called, and best customer service over the phone as well, that does mean something. They said the transportation would take approximately 3-4 days, which was fine by me. My baby arrived on a warm, summer evening, I was given a called and I was so happy to pick it up, I've been driving my old Celica for a month, while waiting on my car. It was delivered in promised time frame, with great service, and in the condition it left! (I had my relatives check for any damage and etc prior loading the car) I'd use their services again, hopefully I won't have to, unless I buy a car there or something

My sister-in-law was moving from East Coast to California to be closer with family, and was all of her furniture and even a car, and we had to find a good, reliable service that can do both. After doing some digging I found State to State moving company that does both and decided to book them. Upon calling for a quota they provided a fair price that was better than other companies I've contacted, and stayed with it. They also gave an estimate of days for moving.The moving process itself was very good experience too, they arrived on time, were friendly, did the job efficiently and quick and departed, one truck with furniture, and another guys with a car.Everything arrived on time and in good condition. My sister was satisfied, I was satisfied, everyone was happy! all that matters.

Really helpful company! I was able to get Andrew to hep me move some antique furniture from my stepdads in NY to my house in LA. They arrived at my Dad's house on time and got everything they needed. The packaging took about 3 hours. Everything was labeled and stacked properly. My stuff arrived 10 days later. Nothing was damaged! yay!
