Not sure why there are negative reviews. These guys came early, moved us to NJ in 6 hours and with no issue, no scratch, break or scuff mark. It was an amazing and smooth experience from start to finish. They had supplies and blankets, tape, and tools with them and there was nothing that couldn't be done. I highly recommend this moving company after using them twice with rave reviews.

VERY unprofessional!!!! Told me I was confirmed without even asking my phone number or email. So I emailed them, and the guy said we were confirmed. Then I asked for a discount, to which he replied that he "didn't realize" the date I needed and he is now booked and I have to find another company. Such rude and unprofessional service! So glad I didn't actually end up relying on them! STAY AWAY!

I moved on 8/1 with Alex's Crew.  They encountered a few obstacles due to a construction zone on the street I moved from.  They had to park multiple blocks away and still managed to get to my  new apartment in a quick and efficient fashion.  There were no issues (no scuffs, no breakables, etc.) in anything.  I highly recommend Alex and his crew at Speedy Movers.

I have used these guys three times now and they have always done a great job. Three guys, $300 for three hours, and then an extra $100 per hour after. They are not going to offer some luxurious experience but if you want your things moved quickly and efficiently at a low cost this is what you want. On top of the rates I usually tip about $50 per guy. These guys work really hard

I hired Speedy Movers several weeks ago for a move scheduled for last Saturday morning.  I had two friends use them and both found them to be satisfactory so I figured, despite them having less stars on Yelp than I would have liked from a moving company, that I would try them out.  After they emailed me an estimate I called them to book them.  Last Wednesday (the Wednesday before the move) I emailed to confirm that we were still on for 9am on Saturday.  I received an email back confirming that the move was on for Saturday morning. At 8:50 am on Saturday morning they called and said they would be 2 hours late, at least.  I asked if they would be willing to give me a half hour free for the inconvenience of having my move start 2 hours later than scheduled (especially considering someone else was moving into the room I was leaving that day and I had schedule Optimum to come to my new place later that same afternoon).  The guy I spoke to was incredibly rude.  He said he couldn't give me a discount, they did not give discounts, I knew that there was a possibility they could be late (which is not true, nothing they said to me indicated that I was accepting this risk by booking with them) and I could take it or leave it.  Luckily, I was able to schedule another moving company at the last minute and did not have to give my money to a company with such abysmal customer service.
