Absolutely impeccable experience from my first email to saying goodbye after installation. As a business owner myself, I am ruthless in my judgement of customer service. Solie and his team were diligent in their follow-through. I requested same-day delivery and installation on a very busy day just after the New Year (everyone was trying to get their resolutions checked.. finally installing the wardrobes that would revolutionize small-space living; sound familiar?). Solie and Rackel personally delivered and assembled our MASSIVE wardrobes to perfection. They suggested wall-attachments for the safety of my toddler (THANK YOU!!) and then problem solved until they were able to achieve a safe attachment. They were personable, responsible and effective. I will recommend Solierun to everyone I know in the city.

This company has terrible communication and they over promise. Yes they bought my things and assembled them, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend.

Do not use. The company did not read my shopping list - printed directly from ikea as requested - and had to delay the trip. Then they didn't buy everything and didn't tell me until that night when they tried to cancel at 10pm. Then they needed a second night to deliver. They still never bought one of the items even though I paid for it. Despite multiple emails and a PayPal request from me for the refund for that item, they have not responded and just kept my money. Dishonest and disappointing. I am not sure how to take legal action to get my money back and I hope no one else has to go through this.

i've had the chance to work with Solie on 2 separate occasions.  Delivered exactly when and how they said they would.  Nothing was damaged, and the turn around time, from appointment, to scheduling on short notice, went really quickly.  I hope to use their services more in the future, as my company doesn't have a delivery service currently available, but for now, this is the next best thing.

This was undoubtedly the worst customer service I ever received from anyone! I keep trying to work with the owner as if we were both rational and honorable men, but the responses I get back are just baffling, like I'm talking to a 9 year old. You'll see what I mean...I paid Soliemoves/Solierun for IKEA shopping and shipping services but have not been able to resolve a dispute with getting a refund due to my items being damaged, most likely in shipping, due to poor packaging. I requested the purchase and shipping of 9 magnet boards from IKEA Brooklyn, and at least 5 of them arrived in damaged condition. Not wanting Soliemoves to lose more money than necessary to fix this problem, I thought I was being considerate when I did not ask for replacements and only requested a partial refund in proportion to the number of items that were damaged. Soliemoves' owner agreed in writing to refund the cost of the damaged items and reimburse me for my additional expense to ship the damaged items back to him, but refused to refund any portion of the original shipping fee. Upon my insistance that it was unfair to pay for damaged goods, the owner continued to correspond with me in a very discourteous manner and even refused to honor prior written agreements to reimburse me for return shipping fees.
