this company is a shame horrible pls read the fine print . 30 cents per pound if they break it and wrap it for you , they broke my tv and 300 vase and rip my landlords walls and keep saying there not doing anything lol 25 dollars for 300 vase and tv lost the guy fell down my steps and crack the bottom of tv i let it go thought it was fine to find it its was broken , called and sw kelly and there not responable .. this is a joke taking them to court because the owner doesnt care asked to sw her and she is no where to be found , trust me do not use them. the day of the move the person i sw shawn wasnt even able to sw with . riduclous unproffessional on every level ... horrible  moving company

RIGHT TOUCH MOVERS  is exactly what I needed to move my prized possesions from one city to another. The Moving crew was exceptionally thorough, very careful and extremely professional. Kelly was also superb in handling my needs. BEST CHOICE  IVE MADE EVER!!!!

The crew of right touch movers came to my house.half an hour early. Even got a Courtesy call before the job. They came disassemble and wrap all my items with blankets. And the crew was polite. And they worked hard.also bubble went on my expensive pictures and crated. I was pleased to have use this company. It was a good service. Will recommend to family and friends.

Having moved to NY only 5 weeks ago, learning the ins and outs of moving was done in short space of time between myself and my wife. However, we REALLY wished we read Yelp before booking these movers because this company's customer service is one of the worst out there . Moving Guys were on time for packing our stuff which was located in Long Island and packed furniture of a 1.5 bed apartment in an hour. Movers reached an hour late BECAUSE of the OFFICE's mistake !!!!!!!! We spoke to Mr. Tony Allen twice the week of moving who repeated our receiving address twice on the phone yet the paperwork had a whole other town ! Now the actual movers were so efficient that we couldn't take out our frustration on them but as it pertains to the office staff, you guys SUCK ! MAJOR CONS: 1 ) No.1 rule of customer service : DO NOT LIE on your clients. When we tried to discuss that the issue of the wrong address, the manager or the lady from the office stated she had phoned my wife and She confirmed the address ( wrong one ) when in actuality the call was to confirm the arrival time of the moving van. Additionally, she kept saying the van was two blocks away ( when we found they were taking excessively long to get to us), only to realize the guys told us themselves, they went the actual wrong address, which was nowhere near two blocks away from the receiving point.2) Mr. Tony Allen was nowhere to be found.3) I signed the summary sheet when they arrived before they started to move which had the wrong address but it is YOUR job to work WITH your clients. Paying the difference (1.5 hours more than the initial estimate) didn't bother us as much as the nasty attitude from the office we got. Seems you pay folks nowadays to abuse you since customer service was nowhere near apparent in this situation. So in summation, stay away if you can regardless of the discount you're promised.
