This was recommended to me and they are great..Great customer service prompt and very efficient got me moved in my home in a a timely manner will Definitely use them again in the future.

I've never worked with a company that had such great customer service and was so professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my move, as things are stressful enough when moving!Definitely will reuse them and recommend to all my friends!!

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I have moved internationally and within the US many times and this moving company is by far the worst. Once they loaded my stuff on their truck, they refused to let me check their box count and much of my stuff arrived missing (with no way to verify). Boxes arrived at my home about 1/3 full (so stuff could have been stolen between shipment and arrival or they could have not filled them to charge me more for the volume). Once the company loaded my stuff, they said my volume was so much higher (tried to increase my estimate by 50%) than I originally said. In fact, I had reduced my shipment by several boxes, a sleeper futon, a desk and multiple chairs.  THE CREW THREATENED TO RETURN MY STUFF TO MY ORIGINAL HOME AFTER I HAD MOVED ACCROSS THE COUNTRY. Later, they  threatened not to deliver except for the one day I was no available (my dad's 70th birthday) . This was outside of the original window (my stuff arrived late) and after we agreed in writing not to deliver on that day.  They called the night before at 9 pm and said they had a new job and they had to deliver the next morning at 10 am. We were supposed to be at my dad's birthday party which we had planned months in advance. The company will threaten you, coerce you, and hold your stuff hostage. I have read horror stories and this company tries every scam there is. I ended up being forced to hire an attorney. They also change their charges once they have your belongings. The crew also ruined many of my items and I have received 0 compensation and not even a receipt (they left without providing one and stopped responding to my emails) that I can submit to my insurance.

Run don't t walk as far away from this company as possible DO NOT USE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. I have moved 11 times in 21 years and NEVER had such a horrible experience,Selling a moving package is easy, delivering the promise totally did NOT happen. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WEIGHT VERSUS CUBIC FEET. MY MOVE GOT OUT OF CONTROL WITH THE ESTIMATE VS THE ACTUAL.. THEY ARE A SHAM OF A COMPANY, BE VERY CAREFUL. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE ARE NOT AT ALL CHEAP AND FOR THE LACK OF GOOD TRUCK S AND PEOPLE WH KNOW HOW TO MOVE GO WITH A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE EST WITH A WELL KNOW COMPANY. DEMANDED CASH AND WOULD NOT BEGIN UNLOADING STUFF TILL THEY GOT IT. SO THEY STOOD OUTSIDE AND WAITED FOR ME TO GET BACK FROM THE BANK WITH CASH.they are unprofessional, not on time, came with RENTAL trucks, handled everything in a rough manner. Had to order extra trucks, had me up till 11:30 pm one night in a retirement community and couldn't finish because they had no more room on the truck.The next day showed up with one small truck again at 3pm to finish and by 6PM decided they needed another truck which we waited till 10PM to arrive. My move was finished at 2::30 amUnpacking was just as bad. Showed up a day late arrived with 2 trucks at 2pm and worked till 8pm when he said he was too tired to finish. Left and came back with another truck with things shoved and packed so badly everyone was upset. Now they refused to bring anything inside my house and shoved it all in the garage,I have begun the unpacking and so many memorable things are smashed from being mis handled and shoved into trucks so many times.I have missing pieces of actual furniture, missing screws,missing boxes, so much broken it put me in state of hysteria as I opened a very special treasure from my parentsmy advice to anyone who is even thinking of using this company DON'T DO IT.

I am only writing this review as a last ditch effort to get the attention of someone in a managerial position who can give me an update of what is going on with my move. Once someone contacts me, I will be happy to edit or delete this review. I hired radius for a move from Philadelphia to California at the end of June. After reading various horror stories about other moving companies, I chose Radius because they quoted me a good price and they had the best reviews online in what seemed liked every possible social media outlet. Initially, things were fine. The sales team told me that my shipment should arrive within 21 days, and even went so far as to tell me that 21 days was an overestimate. The week of the move arrived, and I was getting nervous because no one had contacted me about the details of the move. I left several phone messages and emails which went unanswered until finally, I was contacted the day of the move. The moving team seemed very professional and efficient. It took no more than 2 hours for 3 movers to pack my large 1 bedroom apartment onto the truck. Again, they told me that the move should take no more than 21 days to arrive in California. That's when the problems started. I called the head mover a week later, and he told me that the shipment is being loaded on a trailer and it should leave in 2-3 days. Again, I called a week later for an update. No answer. I called again a day later. No answer. I haven't heard from him since. I called the main phone line for the company. The woman told me that the truck still has not left yet, and I should call back Monday. Long story short, I have called several times since then. I am told every time that the truck is leaving in 2-3 days. It has now been a FULL MONTH since they picked up my things in Philadelphia, the truck has not yet left the east coast, and they cannot tell my what the hold up is (they only tell me that this is a busy time of year). I have asked several times on the phone and through an email to speak to a manager, but they refuse to give me a way to contact her, and she has not called or emailed me at all, even after several requests for her to contact me were "put in the system."I am a reasonable person, I understand that a cross country move is no small feat, and that these things do not always go as planned. The reason that I am upset and writing this review is because this company has flat out refused to tell me what is going on with my shipment (other than "this is a busy time of year"), will not let me speak with a manager, and cannot give me an estimate about when my shipment will arrive. Someone please contact me with real information!
