Hats off to everyone at Rabbit Movers... simply the best move EVER!I called very last minute and was concerned there wouldn't be enough time to sort the details.. RJ was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and had me scheduled within 15 minutes. I was relocating to London and needed to move my entire house and precious belongings (sentimental :) into a storage unit. RJ was so helpful and scheduled the move, dealt with my building's insurance requirements and was so helpful in itemizing what was to be moved.The "Dream Team" showed up the day of the move EARLY and smiling, super helpful, efficient and even loved my dog:) Major bonus...took extreme care of my furniture, large glass lamps, and floor vintage mirrors which were delicate. Providing special boxes and padding to protect them.When I returned to New York, I knew who to call. RJ was on it and again in a flash handled my new building's insurance and sent yet another set of movers that were also spectacular. My new building had some strict requirements and the guys needed to use the service elevator, which took longer than estimated. The guys were so understanding - they were like " We totally understand, it's Tribeca." We chatted the entire move and they were the nicest crew with impeccable manners and skill.Happy to share my rave review for Rabbit Movers and their team that made moving to Tribeca an easy, fun, and stress-free experience. Leo was thrilled to be out of his bag and in his bed- thanks Rabbit Movers:))Highly recommend...I'm not a huge review person, but my New Year's resolution was to review any business, service that was amazing. DO NOT USEI'm so upset! I hired this company for my move bc they are supposed to be great. they sure charge like they're great. it was $700 + tip for a move of my tiny 1 bed rm 20 min away. took them all of 2.5 hrs. they ask when filling out the move list if you have anything that needs special care. I have a $2000 vintage mid-century credenza and a $500 vintage midcentuary chair along w other vintage pieces from the 50s & 60s. they managed to completely ruin one of my pieces by breaking off a wheel. and my $2k credenza... they bashed in the front. while they were moving I asked them over and over to please be careful and I even bubble wrapped pieces bc the movers said 'no need'. when I pointed out the damage all I got was a shrug and 1/2assed 'sorry'. when I realized the wheel had broken off I called (abt 20 min after movers left) and again got nothing more than 'sorry, nothing we can do'so now not only is my day ruined, but 1/2 my furniture is too. DO NOT USE

This company is staffed by current and former artists, who prevent themselves from being "starving artists" by packing, hauling, trucking, shlepping, unwrapping and erecting peoples' belongings as they move from dwelling to dwelling in Gotham. My wife and I were impressed by the six-man crew dispatched to handle our move of a 3BR condo, and the contents of two storage lockers, from midtown to Queens. Nothing was damaged in the move. We can't say the same about our prior experience with FlatRate, which pulverized an 19th century French mahogany breakfront. Rabbit also beat the price of its closest competitor by 30 percent. I'd use this company again in an instant.

Rabbit Movers have still got it. As you can see from my previous reviews, they did a great job moving my stuff twice - 5 years ago and then 4 years ago. Well now I'm married and I hired them to move my wife and I into our new home and they were totally awesome again. Foreman Darryl and driver Paul were fast, professional and cool like the previous crews - and so was the rest of the team. I also want to recognize RJ who helped size all of our stuff overflowing from the old place to figure out a great quote and moving plan.

I recently moved from Brooklyn to DC and have had to move fairly regularly for my work over the past years. These guys did a great job - from showing up on time, to providing an accurate estimate of the costs, to moving without any damages to my belongings. The same guys who moved my stuff out in Brooklyn were the same ones who moved the things in in DC. It was nice to have that continuity and chain of responsibility. Reggie, Tully, and Brian - the guys who handled my move -definitely deserve 5 stars. Mateo in the office was also very helpful in setting it all up.
