FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We used them and they broke 3 of our furnitures. When we called to ask what to do about it they said $#^ you and hung up on us.

We called their insurance company next and they stated that we were VICTIMS OF FRAUD and that they do not have any business with them. Apparently, other people have had similar experiences and there is an ongoing investigation on Prestige Moving Co.

Additional details on the move: The movers took 1 small pillow/box/etc. up at a time and would not carry any of the heavy furniture ensuring that we would have to keep paying overtime. In the end, we told them to go home after paying 3 hours overtime and had to move all the heavy furniture ourselves.

I moved today, a three-block move, from a 4th floor walk-up to a 1st floor apartment. I chose the company for the price, to be honest, and was disappointed when I was told that my move (which I personally believed only needed 2 men) would require 3 men because of laws. So I said fine, because I just didn't want to bother moving my stuff down four flights of stairs, three blocks, and up a half-set of stairs. I looked up the reviews on yelp and was still on the fence about them but had already booked them so fine - scheduled my move for 9 AM Saturday morning. 8:56 I get a phone call - "We're here." Fabulous.9:15 basically all of my stuff is in the truck. 9:45 my bed and the dresser and anything remaining is in the truck. 9:56 they're done. I was shocked - nothing broken, nothing bruised, and just like that it's over. So I'd say I was impressed and very happy with the service. However! (There's always a however.)I still had to pay for 2 hours of delivery (which honestly I was happy to do since they had done such an efficient job) - but they should have offered. And then when I went to tip them, they asked for more money - presumably for the driver whose only job was to sit in the truck as far as I could tell, seeing as there were only 2 men really working on moving my stuff. Not cool to request more for a tip, seeing as it's just a suggestion. Not cool.So it ended up costing me way more than I expected - and that's really my only complaint. Otherwise, I'd use them again. Super efficient and safe with my stuff.

DO NOT USE!!! We recently sold our bed frame and mattress and during the moving process one of the guys broke a window in the stair well. When I called the offices in order to have them pay for the damage, as the business card says insured, the man who answered began yelling at me and refusing to take any responsibility. He said they weren't the actual movers and dispatch other people to do the jobs. However he refused to give me the actual movers information or pay for the damage.  VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Don't waste your time or money.

Stay far far far away from this company. They are very friendly when you first start business with them then it goes downhill from there. They change the prices on me 2 different times. Rude, hostile drivers and dispatchers. They was actually at my new residence delivering my furniture. I  paid them the money and they automatically wanted me 2 sign off on the inventory and I had not seen the inventory. The driver gave me all of my money back and told the dispatcher that I refuse to do the move not letting the dispatcher know that he actually had the money but my refusal was to sign off on the inventory. I would not sign the inventory because I never saw the inventory. I told the driver is will sign once everything is unloaded and assembled. The driver gave me my money back and said, I  don't know what who you are dealing with. Say far far away.

NOT LICENSED TO MOVE HOUSEHOLD GOODS ACROSS STATE LINES!They held my things hostage in a warehouse in NJ for a MONTH despite telling me the truck was on its way. Had to file a complaint with the department of transportation in order to get my stuff back. They are under investigation by the DOT. DO NOT USE THEM! They also operate under the name "Suncoast" so please be careful! Use Oz Movers instead!!!
