I wish I had read these reviews before going through these guys. THEY WERE HORRIBLE- from the very beginning. I waited around at home for three days just for them to make up their mind on when they wanted to pick up my stuff. I had packed and bubble wrapped everything and they still charged me extra for "packing". My things took two months to get to my new place and the boxes are all broken, things are missing, they found extra things to charge me for, no apologies for being late. Missing screws on my tables.  TV broken. Rude staff, hard to reach boss, Sam. Just the worst. Anybody is better than these people.

I wish I could give this company -10 or more stars they are liars scammers horrible communication rude the list goes on and on !!!! Do NOT use them if you get sub contracted out to them run request another company not that any are much better they are all intertwined somehow one hand washes the other type companies it's disgusting the way these companies are run and operated they are LIARS THIEVES AND SCAM ARTSIT !!!!!! They ruined my apt moving our stuff out sub contracted our stuff out to another company from Craig's list found this gem out when our stuff finally arrived all of of stuff is damaged or broken and they changed us an additional 1800 bucks we did not agree on but you want your stuff you pay otherwise they take it back and throw it in storage and charge you what you owe the fee the trip back and storage that could be thousands and thousands ugh it's like being raped !!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY rent a U-HAUL it's cheaper you know your stuff is ok and no hidden cost or surprises !!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Had I known my original company would contract my move to them, I would have cancelled. There is good reason they have an F from the Better Business Bureau.1. When they picked up my stuff in DC, I paid half the moving fee via credit card. My understanding was that the other half would be paid when I received my stuff at my final destination. Instead, the company charged my credit card for the second half without my authorization weeks before I actually received my stuff. That is fraudulent, plain and simple.2. When I tried to find out where my stuff was, as it took much longer than they had estimated, no one would tell me anything. The woman who answers the customer service line is completely unhelpful, and if Sam the owner happens to answer, he'll just lie to you. I was told several times that my stuff was "nearby" on the West Coast, but when the movers actually came to drop my stuff off, they said it had been in the Bronx until just a couple days prior.3. I was thankful to actually get my stuff, but every box was torn and crushed. It looks like many of them were rifled through and then sloppily re-taped. There is lots of broken glass. The boxes were brand-new when I began the move, and now they are destroyed. Some of them were torn on the sides, and my clothes were spilling out. 4. I just discovered that they stole a purse and some other things from my boxes. I was worried that this might be the case because many of the boxes had been stripped of the tape I used and re-taped. Don't hire these criminals.This is a TERRIBLE "business" that should be avoided at all costs.

I had the worst experience with these people. I did a military move from NY to CO. My things were supposed to be delivered on the 15 of Aug and i just now received them on the 9 of Sept. Not to mention the 10,000 dollars worth of damage. Most of it water damage. Don't even understand how that happens when it should be in storage until they pick up to drop off. By the way the guy that picked my things up in NY truck supposedly broke down a hour away from my home, and they had a local company pick it up from him and deliver it. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE

If I could give a score in negatives, this company deserves much worst than that. They are leaders of scammers.  It was an unfortunate decision of not checking reviews and signing contract with Agility Van Lines who won't tell you they are brokers and then person who you will speak to first there will disappear from the face of this planet. These these f**** come in. Delivery was scheduled to be made within 3-21 days however took almost 2 months. throughout this time u will be frustrated but will try to remain patient as your stuff is still with these cheaters. Then your items will be delivered broken, stolen, missing, etc. Now comes the time where you will try to file claim and oh boy will that be another mission. Been over  2 months since delivery and first Precision states you file claim with them and now when everything is processed they want you to file claim with Agility-meaning another bigger scam. Do NOT risk your stuff and time and money. Run away from these aholes as fast as  you can! Btw there r 50+ negative reviews that went under not recommended. Pretty interesting! May these bastards rot in hell!
