Epi's crew were awesome. Lucas, Juan Carlos, and Thomas all did an awesome job getting us out of the city and into the country without a scratch even on the piano coming down 4 flights!!!Thanks Guys.

Hello sorry it took me this long to write this review ,but hey its better late than never!!! So after I hired a long distance moving company I had to hire a different company. the first company i hired asked me for a $600 deposit which I paid. Well 1 month before the move I tried contacting that company and to my surprise all 3 phone numbers I had were disconnected I started freaking out!!!! any how i went on Yelp just to find out they had horrible reviews(great) I started looking for a second company to do the job for me. Optimum had great reviews but even then I was scare cuz of my bad experience . I had nothing to loose since I didnt had to give a deposit!!! It was nerve wrecking because my husband was making the move from Pompton Lakes, NJ to California. I was sooooo scared his stuff was all going to get "lost" or damage . To the good part...... his stuff arrived a week earlier than what I was told!!! yaaaaay!!! The 2 guys started unloading all the boxes and gave me a check list and I started checking off the boxes one by one. EVERYTHING WAS THERE. They assembled all the furniture and they were super friendly.My representative was Justin. I did called him to let him know the great service we had received from his company and the delivery guys too!!! SO IF YOU ARE THINKING OF DOING A LONG DISTANCE MOVE DONT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS COMPANY. PLUS FOR ALL THE STUFF THEY MOVED FOR US AND THE SERVICE AND THE PEACE OF MIND..... THE PRICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE!!!WE DID OUR MOVE ON DECEMBER OF 2015. THANK YOU OPTIMUM AND THANK YOU JUSTINE!

Optimum Moving is amazing! Elvis set up my move and he was wonderful to work with, even when I changed the logistics from a long distance move to an interim move into a NJ storage facility.  Elvis sent a fantastic team, headed by Delvon (I hope I spelled his name correctly!). They were prompt, friendly, neat, and efficient. I cannot recommend them more highly. As promised, the cost for services was exactly what Elvis  quoted during his initial walk-through.  I look forward to using Optimum again when I make my move to Arizona in the next few months. I hope I get the same moving team, I originally had.  However, based on the previous reviews, every Optimum team is wonderful!

These guys are the real deal. They did a great job, very hard working and helped move many things. I have a wife and two very small children.  These gentlemen we very accommodating. I recommend them without reservation. You won't regret it. (See pic )

WOW. I have never had a reason to write a GREAT REVIEW of a moving company. Some are good, some are meh, but these guys... WOW. First, I called the number indicated for them. The gentleman [Justin, I believe] who answered said he was about to board a plane and gave me a phone number for his business partner, Elvis. Loved that they answered their phone on a Sunday very late afternoon!!! A-MAZING. I had an extremely last minute move for Monday, yes the very next day. I had been on a tight timeline with trying to decide where we were going to move next and making a decision. I made it at the 12th hour and then needed to book a mover ASAP. These guys answered the phone, provided a quote and gave me information. I was deciding between them and one other company that answered on a Sunday, but the way Elvis talked about wrapping/boxing my expensive, Italian lacquer furniture, I was convinced he knew what to do and that it would be handled appropriately. I had an issue with my last movers, who did ruin the very same furniture [dents, chips, etc. - horrible].Optimum communicated the morning of that they were on the way and every step of the way of the move. Elvis even called me during the day of the move to check in and make sure everything was going smooth. The crew, including the foreman, worked fast and were so professional. They made everything so smooth and I am a very satisfied customer. They are not the cheapest guys in the game, but they will do a great job and make sure your furniture and all is protected during the move. Not one scratch or dent on my furniture, unlike with my last move/movers. I was SO LUCKY Optimum had a last-minute cancellation, otherwise like most movers I call on the evening before I need to move, they would not have been available.SUMMARY: Pick up the phone/so easy to contact, reliable, communicative, fast/professional, top notch job!
