I hired Horizon to move me from a second-story walk-up in Brooklyn to a third-story walk-up in Queens. Avi was super professional and immediately put me at ease.I was told they'd arrive between 8 am and 9 am, but they actually arrived ready to go at 7:30 am.They did not waste any time. They made sure to do everything right and were very careful with my things, but they were practically running. They had my things on the truck in no time flat. It was the same story at my new place. They even made a point of bringing my furniture in first and positioning it according to my wishes before bringing in the boxes.In fact, they were so fast that the price for the move can in UNDER the estimate Avi had given me the previous week.I've used movers a number of times in the past, but this was the first time that I didn't feel like I'd been ripped off. These guys really know what they're doing and take pride in doing it correctly.I can't recommend Horizon Moving enough!

Avi and his team were efficient, communicative, and very punctual. I had a relaxed moving experience from New York to San Diego last month. I received a quote from Horizon that was very reasonable compared to some of the other moving companies that were based in New York City. Avi was very responsive throughout the process and was able to schedule a prompt in-person estimate the morning after we spoke on the phone. On the morning of the move, he and his team arrived early and very quickly packed and moved my items out of my apartment. After I arrived in San Diego, I was contacted by the West Coast movers after only two days and scheduled the delivery.
