Really enjoyed my experience working with OctoMovers, before the move Ralph gave me in person consultation for a flat fee rate, which in fact was very accurate. On the day of move, they arrived on time, staff were friendly, moved very professional and quickly, my apartment was four flights up but it didn't slow them down, they took care of everything including carrying my huge sleeper sofa 6 flights up the stairs ( because the freight elevator wouldn't fit the couch at my new place) under 4 hours. The only imperfection was some managable scratches left behind but nothing too serious.Will use them again.

They replied to my 1st email on July 4th - I had to move quicker than I tought, on July 5th. He accepted. They had another job on July 5th and were a bit late, so Ralph offered a 10min "discount", which was very nice in my circumstances. We only had to move packed boxes & bags, no furniture, etc, from Manhattan to Jackson Heights and Ralph and he and his crew finished the whole move in under 3hrs. He simply saved us! Oh, and everything was intact.Five stars and a big thank you!!!

What can I say? Ralph and his team at OctoMovers are #1 in my book! I have been using Ralph for small to large scale moves for over 10 years. He is the most reliable, professional, organized, trustworthy and thoughtful person who you would ever want to pack up and move your personal belongings. He is simply the BEST!I have used OctoMovers for over 20 moves - from New York City to the Hamptons to Brooklyn to Upstate NY.  He has moved a simple mattress from one house to another, or packed up an entire apartment - whatever the task, he will take it on. It doesn't matter where or when, Ralph and his team will be there on time, and on point.  Ralph also has a wonderful group of employees who are equally awesome. If he cannot personally be there, he ensures that every single job is carried out successfully. He is a wonderful manager, and makes sure that the level of service is consistently great.Big or small, around the corner or miles away, I would ONLY use OctoMovers for all my packing and moving needs.  I look forward to many more years working with Ralph.

Ralph and his team were incredibly punctual, fast and professional. My move was made infinitely better due to this. Great value for the service provided. Couldn't recommend enough.

I hired Octomovers based on excellent online reviews. I was not disappointed. I was cleaning out my mother's house prior to its sale, and had two batches of items to be moved. Both were relatively small loads, certainly nothing close to a houseful. Ralph Herrera sent an estimator to give me estimates for the two moves. The estimates were competitive with others I had received. His staff was professional from the estimate through the packing and loading through final delivery. One shipment, from New York to Virginia, was delivered the day after the day I said I would be returning home to receive it. The other shipment, from New York to Illinois, was more of a challenge, as the volume was not large enough to justify shipping it without other loads. Unfortunately, over the course of a few weeks, there was no suitable shipment to combine it with. I had been promised delivery within a month, and Ralph was true to his word. He drove to Illinois and delivered the shipment himself. I hesitated to put this into my review, because I don't want new clients to expect this level of service as routine. It was a special circumstance, and customer service could not have been better.
