Called for a pickup and dropoff within Manhattan. I asked them to confirm it would be picked up before the business closed today, the dispatcher said it would be picked up within 30 minutes and delivered within 2 hours. 2 hours later I get an email telling me they're running late and will be picking up the package in 30 minutes. The business was already closed at this point and won't reopen for 2 days and I need the item tomorrow. Will never use NY Minute again.

Used this company to send important legal documents from Brooklyn to Queens. Super polite over the phone and despite morning rush hour traffic, the courier picked up on time and delivered well within suggested timeframe. I don't use messenger services often enough to compare costs and didn't see comparable costs for BK to Queens, but this company are incredibly professional and certainly made things easier.

I scheduled a pickup in Port Chester. The driver arrived early which was great and I was assured that he would be going directly to the drop off spot in Midtown Manhattan. This trip should take about an hour (maybe 90 minutes on a bad day). It is now 12 PM and I was just informed that the driver would not arrive for another half an hour to 45 minutes. 3 and a half hours to do a 1 hour run is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and will not be using this company ever again.

I trust Jane K's reviews, so I was happy to see that she had reviewed a messenger service when I needed one! They are speedy, cheap and reliable. And as I work in an especially gigantic building with a complicated messenger entrance/system, I was very impressed with how easily my messenger was able to navigate the building and security.

Everyone needs a dude (or dudette) on bike to schlep a pile of stuff from one end of the city to the other. The key is finding one who will do it for less $$ than it takes for me to cab from one end of the city to the other. The search began...After a $28 quote from Urban Express I decided to do a bit more research to find a courier for my small package of Yelp subway maps going to the Water Charity in Soho. NY Minute arrived 30 minutes after my call, charged $12 on my credit card and whipped my box downtown lickety split! I hadn't even finished wrapping it up when they arrived and the guy sweetly helped me get everything together. Less than an hour later my stuff arrived at the destination and I hardly broke a sweat! Calling them back today (I forgot to get a receipt) the receptionist was incredibly friendly and quick. These guys are now on the office quick list for inter-city deliveries in a "NY Minute" and I'm still waiting for Mary Kate and Ashley to show up in bike shorts and backpacks...maybe next time.
