Not sure where to begin. The crew arrived half an hour late and charged us for the full hour, worked slowly and didn't seem to care about our possessions.Ultimately it took 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment a few miles away. My wife and I jumped in to move our own stuff in an attempt to speed the process up, but these guys seemed unfazed and continued to have their casual chats about incredibly important world topics like which of them was better at riding a bicycle across a bridge.When advised not to, they continued to try to shove a table through a doorway that was clearly not wide enough -- causing damage to the door and table. The guys took several breaks to go to the party store, charging us for the time, of course. Nearly a month and a half later they are calling me asking for more money, though I was under the impression that I had paid in full at the conclusion of the service by submitting the payment code through moving help.Please get it together, guys.

A good, reliable moving service, which I've actually used twice now. Nice guys each time and arrived on time. I was very happy with their service! Hopefully I won't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do I know who to call. Great value for a job well done!

Really kind, professional and FAST movers. Did my unloading of a truck in 35 minutes and were extremely careful even just bringing in pieces to my new place.

I ended up needing to cancel my order with Nomad, and when I tried to get a refund of some sort, they said their company policy didn't allow it in my circumstance (canceling less than 3 hours before time of planned service). Their company policy was never once mentioned or given to me in an way, shape or form. The only hint at it was over the phone when they said to let them know of a change in time 3 hours beforehand (they never said anything about cancelations or penalties, and never mentioned the word "policy"). I even went onto their website to try and find one and there was nothing. After an extended conversation over the phone, they agreed to give me a partial refund, and when it didn't arrive in the promised time, I called them back. They never returned my messages, and I was only lucky enough to talk to someone again because they happened to pick up when I called a fourth or fifth time. That person said they would mail me the refund within a few days. It's been over a month and I still haven't received it. I've called about 3 or 4 more times in the past week and have left messages every time, and not one of them has been returned. Although they may very well do a good job of moving your things, I will never work with them because I believe that holding a customer to an invisible, unwritten policy is completely unfair and unethical. I'm a self-employed individual who has my own company policy, and the one or two times I've failed to send it to a customer, I NEVER hold them accountable. I would expect no less from anyone else. Put your customers first, even if you have to take a hit. PERIOD. And also I'd still really like my refund someday.
