We moved two times in six months as we had to go into a temporary place before moving into our permanent home. Moving Man gave us an estimate for both moves that were very accurate. The movers showed up both times on time and were conscientious and efficient. If we move again, they will be the ones to do it!

Worst moving company! On  Saturday, July 29, 2017 3 employees of Moving Man arrived to box our items to move from NY to CA. After they were finished a different crew showed up to put the boxes into a moving truck. On Sunday we discovered that one or multiple employees had gone through our items that we were bringing back with us on the plane and stole roughly $25,000 worth of items including my husbands watch collection, Chanel purse, 3 bottles of wine, 2 sets of headphones and an iPad. Although the company took some responsibility it didn't take all of it and I'm am furious!!! If you want your most prized possessions stolen then hire Moving Man. I will tell anyone and everyone not to use them!!

This is not a company I would ever use again.  The actual cost was a lot higher ($610) than the estimate.  They disappeared for 45 minutes on the first day of the move, and took 3.5 hours to commute from my old apartment to my new house (it is a 1.5 hour drive max in bad traffic) on the second day of the move. I have to believe this is related to them charging hourly.  I wasn't there the first day of the move, and the team leader pressured my wife about giving each team member a tip when they were only half way done with the move.  She was intimidated by his behavior and gave them the money.  And to make it worse, my iPhone was stolen from a drawer AND my two little boys accidently left their wallets in their drawer and the wallets disappeared with $600 in each wallet.  They were heart broken, and I am furious.  So frustrating.--updated 12/29/16 --I spoke with the owner today.  He seems to be serious about fixing the situation. We agreed I should file a police report about the stolen money.  He is considering paying back my children the money that was stolen.  Hopefully he'll do the right thing.

Our experience with Moving Man was just as they promised. The movers were on time, professional and efficient. We moved on the hottest day of the summer thus far! The men pushed through and got the job done.I appreciated one of the reps coming out to our place and giving a true estimate. They also provided us with comp boxes which cut down our moving expense. In the end, we paid the exact estimated cost. Nothing more!! We would definitely recommend and use moving Man again

I was not especially happy with the crew and they ran 4 hours over the estimate of 7 hours. They were also careless with some of the furniture which wound up scratched. I complained to the head office and they took a chunk of the cost off the top which I found satisfactory.
