Worst experience ever. They moved my friend, chipped her furniture. And when she called to talk to someone they kept hanging up on her. My friend is an elderly woman. They even sat in the truck doing nothing for 20 minutes. Complete failure of custom service.

We needed to move our stuff out of Manhattan Mini Storage, and booked movers through them for the job. A few days after my boyfriend settled up our balance, they charged my credit card for an apparent parking ticket they received while parked at our building. So naturally I asked for a copy of the ticket because at no time during our move were we illegally parked.I get the ticket, and it turns out they received the parking ticket 20 minutes before our move even started, while parked out in front of Manhattan Mini Storage. They feel it's my responsibility for their traffic violations in front of their building, and have refused to remove the charge from my credit card. Avoid Moving Ahead.

***Big Thanks to "Moving Ahead Movers"***[Danny on the phone, and the Angel movers; Tyree, Mikey Brick, & Larry] So Fast it blew my mind. I saved So Much money due to their hustle. They were very professional and took great care of my furniture. Caring especially for my "prized pieces", my art and my grandmothers lamps! I lived in a one bedroom apt on the 5th floor walk up. The storage unit I choose was on the other side of the island. Quite far but they arrived on time, packed like champs, and arrived back at the storage at the same time as me, unpacked me into the storage unit and had me done in the fastest time I've encountered in all my life.Tremendous savings. Fabulous movers!!!
