Maximum Self Storage

My wife and I searched high and low for a great storage space for a reasonable price.  More important we wanted a facility we can grow with, as we expect the need to trade-up in a few years.  I am happy to report that this facility is immaculate and cost effective.  We secured the exact space that we wanted.When we first checked out the online availability, I must admit that I was disappointed and confused about the lack of storage options - not too many rooms to choose from.  However, when we met the Manager (Ryan) I knew why.  Ryan was a true professional.  He showed us exactly what we needed, gave us a room at an excellent (very fair) rate, and was a true gentleman.  It was then that I realized why there was such a lack of rooms available - Ryan's professionalism probably was the primary culprit - he rented most of the facility!  Thus, not too many rooms left.The bottom line, don't walk to this facility....run to it.  It's immaculate, they have a fantastic Manager, and it won't break your wallet.

Ryan and his team are amazing, we were in our space in under 30 minutes. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When it comes to storage facilities this goes along way, love my 24 access and it's really nicely located. Thanks Ryan!!

Beautiful new storage facility with a great introductory promotion. The staff was incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Hours are fairly limited, but that's the trend with all the new storage facilities now. The days of 24 hour access are over! Highly recommend!

Staff is great and super helpful.  We were able rent a space fast and move in immediately.  They found a way to help me get 3 units next to each other and competitive rates.

This relationship looked good going in, and started out great, but ended after broken promises, lies and plenty of bad service. Renovating at home, I rented a ground floor unit to keep some of my/my kids stuff handy and out of harms way. A few months in, I return to the unit and it is drenched in dust, paint chips and construction debris from an upstairs renovation. Ok, very not cool but mistakes happen. Ryan and his team apologizes. Offers a tarp (!) suggesting this may continue. I ask for them to clean/vacuum my boxes when all construction is done. Nope, they don't do that. Ok, I guess I will do that. I ask for help moving to another unit in their building. They're not sure they can do that either. I end up having to throw many things out and spend a couple afternoons cleaning. We agree they will not charge me until they offer a construction-debris and dust free unit. (I mean really I have to specifically ask for this??) Several months pass. Ryan emails - they are ready to move me - great! I look back to see how long it's been only to discover they have been charging me almost the whole time. I remind them of our agreement and show them what's been erroneously billed. It goes up to management for a refund request. Nope! We don't do that they say... Now they have some brand new space that they are discounting to fill. Be warned. It all looks so good going in...
