I needed a stationary bike assembled. Excellent communication with the owner. The pricing was reasonable. The assembly team was professional and fast. accomplished the assembly to perfection. Made sure I became familiar with any adjustments I would need. Service was so good I felt compelled to give an above average tip. They live up to their name in my opinion. I would contact again should I have another need..I highly recommend Masters of Assembly.

Outstanding work. HIRE THEM. I was looking to update my bedroom furniture (finally) and needed to just get a more efficient storage system into place to free up more space in my bedroom. I live on the 4th floor walkup and between committing to something, moving it in, assembling, moving stuff out, I just procrastinated for years. I finally decided on a whim to just go for it, and picked out what I wanted from Ikea and ventured to do the part I was dreading the most. Emailing independent service providers and starting to deal with questions, measurements, hoping I measured things correctly, things that would upset me / make me anxious / worried / frustrate me -- None. of. that. I emailed about 4 service providers on Yelp, and while everyone wrote back, I could immediately see just by the words selected, promptness, complete sentences, what information was provided, that Masters of Assembly was most likely the way to go. I provided all service providers with the same initial set of information and from one of the service providers, I got an email back that said "text me when u check out at ikea" - SERIOUSLY? With this service, I literally did everything on my laptop include design the configuration on my computer, emailed my wishlist and they did the rest. I paid for the assembly + products once the work was (beautifully) completed and I was so, so impressed. I'll recommend them to anyone. The guys who arrived to set everything up got to work right away, worked quickly, diligently, politely asked to use the bathroom (no need!) and refused even my offers for snacks and water. They didn't speak English very well, but it wasn't a requirement. Really awesome, thank you thank you - you guys changed my daily life and happiness!

I had requested a quote for carrying a queen size bed up three flights of stairs and then assembly of said bed.  Their coordinator Kristina replied the next morning with a reasonable quote so I gave her a call to confirm my address and timing.  The first red flag was their lack of responsiveness to phone calls.  Eventually, she nonchalantly said, "yes, everything is set," which confused me because I hadn't even given her my address.  I asked her if she wanted that information before we disconnected, and she confusingly said yes, stating that she thought it was in my email.The day of the delivery, I sent her an email stating that the bed was dropped off on the earlier end of the delivery window and that if they were available to come sooner they were welcome to.  She said that she will let me know shortly.  I received no follow up to that email, nor did I receive a response to the subsequent 2 emails and 3 calls I placed.  15 minutes after the time they were scheduled to arrive, and while I had resolved to bring the bed up myself since they did not show, I received a call from Kristina saying that they were running late.  I asked her why she didn't reply to any of my messages. She apologized and said they were be there around 4PM, which was over an hour late.  I was pretty disgusted with the service as is and chose to cancel at that point.

Great price amazing service. I shopped around for competitors, these guys were the best price. Great and fast service I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I would give half a star but I can not. Masters of nothing, they showed up late, did not have the plans we sent I had to provide a copy for them. They got the cabinets together, and then the two hour lunch happened and all hell broke lose after that, two of the four guys left and did not come back. The remaining two took all day to put up the wall bracket for one cabinet. They finally left at 10pm leaving a horrible mess saying that they would be back Sunday morning at 10am showed up at 12pm and proceeded to accomplish nothing again. My counter top is upside down, only one cabinet has doors and I now have to finish it. Adding insult to injury they were asking me for tools and supplies. It is a sad state to be a service for instalation and be this unprofessional and unprepared. Do not ever use this company.
