I love this company, they came on time. They work really fast, packed all my furnitures and glasses, did everything in a good amount of time, and still able to help me put my bed together which was totally awesome. I'll definitely call them again and refer them to all my friends!!!!

Found them craigslist. Three guys (from Russia? they are cool) showed up on time, worked all day hauling things down from 3rd floor and moved all my belongings to my home few miles away. They did a great job with smile in their face. Recommended to sis for her move and she was equally happy. Price was reasonable and best part, they respect time.

DO NOT USE NJ Pro Movers (Trenton, NJ). EDIT: When I called and got an appointment that night. I asked if moving supplies were included in the cost. "Andres" said yes. Heads up when the guys get to your place, they'll try to charge you $30 each to shrink wrap your mattress and boxspring. At that point what was I supposed to do? Say no and leave my mattresses behind? Point is, it would have been nice to know when I asked up front about this.EDIT #2: I recently tried to visit the address on their site to get resolution. Be aware that it is FAKE. 966 Kuser Rd. in Trenton is some knick knack shop. They can easily change their phone number & business name so be cautious/HANG UP when you hear an Eastern European accent when booking. I realized I had Roger's cell but he hung up on me (surprise).1. They showed up 1.5 hours late and had to keep calling me for directions to my apartment. It shows they couldn't do 1 minute of prep work to Google Map prior to coming out. Their excuse for showing up late was that they had to go back to a previous appointment from the day before because they couldn't move everything - not sure why that warrants me having MY move pushed out without any explanation until they arrived 1.5 hours late.2. They sent 4 guys - 3 who actually moved and 1 driver who just sat in the truck (didn't lift a box the entire time). I actually really liked the 1 older gentleman - he was focused and really hauled it, making sure all my stuff was secure. 2 younger guys? Not so. You'd think they would be even faster/stronger especially since they were already so late. They would take 1 box at a time to the truck. It was the 3rd guy, a younger one "Roger", that would keep talking to me during the move. JUST MOVE STUFF, TIME'S TICKING. At the end, he kept insisting they tried their best and worked really fast. Contrary to the below review, they do make you pay traveling fees if it's over a 20 mile move. Be advised - they expect you to tip for the driver as well even though you're already paying extra for their service and they don't lift a box. Their excuse was "just in case we get a ticket."3. At the end when I gave them the price of the service and tip, Roger literally begged me for an extra $20 in my living room and wouldn't leave until I gave him more. I tipped the amount I truly thought of the service they provided (wish I could split it for some guys who were more deserving than others). He continues on about how they only make $7/hr etc. etc. Well, provide better service and you get better tips. That's how it works. It was only 2 girls versus a moving crew of guys so I reluctantly just gave him an extra $20 so he would get out.4. A couple of days into my unpacking, I notice that Roger had stowed 1 of my matching bookcases away facing a far corner of my bedroom (other one in living room). I didn't think anything of it until I turn it around and realize he did that because he lost the pegs to put the shelves back on. They cost virtually nothing at IKEA so I'm more upset at the fact that instead of just being honest and saying he lost them (no big deal), he tries to cover it up so I won't find out while he's there.5. At this point, I was at that "Whatever, it's over. Just move on!" point. Then, today I saw that one of my hardcover luggage bags has a huge crack in it! Surprise surprise, I saw Roger dropping this same bag from the moving truck and him quickly brushing it aside and saying "oh, it's okay!" when he noticed I saw the whole thing. I really wish I had checked it right then and there. Another thing he covered up instead of fessing up. THAT was the last straw. 6. So I called NJ Pro Mover's office today and Andres? (the guy who I scheduled the move) picks up. I try to explain about my dis-satisfactory service and while I'm talking, he hung up on me. Mind you, I was calming explaining (I could see how yelling would be a different story) and was looking for a small refund for my luggage bag and/or acknowledgment and a small apology. I tried calling back several times and now they won't pick up. Avoiding my calls now, huh? Add bad customer service to the list. This moving company left SUCH a bad taste in my mouth. Please. If you have any other options, do NOT choose NJ Pro Movers. I found them on Google and decided to take a chance. Yes, they will get your stuff from Point A to Point B. But they also create so much unnecessary stress that it's not even worth it. I seriously regret choosing them.PS. Do not engage in small talk with them. Roger kept asking me questions about where I worked ("Oh! I worked in banking and they are doing VERY well huh? They must pay well too."), how much my rent was at both places, etc. to gauge how much I would be able to tip (not out of genuine interest). Just plain rude.PSS. I rarely write reviews but felt you should know about my experience if you're entrusting your personal belongings plus potentially paying out half a K or more $ for their servi

I recently moved my things to a storage facility and simply needed the movers to come to the facility to help me unload. Management sounded very nice on the phone when I first signed up for their business. The short version of this ordeal was that they were rude, not timely, were unprofessional, and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. When we first discussed the arrival time, we arranged to skeptically meet between 4 and 5pm but that I would call when I was leaving from Baltimore to give more accurate time. They called the morning of the move, which was very nice. However, when I called at 11am from Baltimore to let them know I would arrive at 2pm, the owner Andrey rudely told me, "my guys aren't just sitting there waiting for you. They have other jobs." I reminded him of our earlier deal and then he said, "Oh yes I remember. Why don't you just try to come slowly. We can try to make it between 2 and 3pm." I drove slowly and arrived at 3pm. I called them. These movers did not give me a time of arrival until 4:30 at which time they said they were an hour away. Around 5:30pm, I kept calling the moving company to find their location. The movers were lost. We didn't find out until around 6pm that they had actually gone to Bordentown, not Burlington, where they were supposed to come. They also did not have a GPS because it was broken. Perhaps if the movers had given me a telephone number to contact them as I had requested around 4pm in case of emergency, I could have helped them - however, neither the company nor the movers seemed to want to give up the direct number to the laborers. Around 6:30pm, I had actually given up on them ever showing up, especially since over 50% of my calls to the company went unanswered, while I was hung up on 25% of the time. I started looking for a Plan B for someone to help me unload. The guys finally showed up between 7 and 7:30pm. When they did show up, they had the audacity to ask for payment up front because someone else had refused to pay earlier that week (which gives me the hunch that they give unsatisfactory service often). One of the laborers threatened to leave but the second person talked him out of it. The good part of the ordeal was that they were very efficient and followed instruction well. The whole unloading was done within 30 minutes. Given how poor their service had been, I did not want to tip the laborers, but they asked for it! Not only that, they charged a 2 hour minimum CASH ONLY of $249. I gave $250 and they refused to give me change. In the end, I tipped them because I have a good heart but I must say I went through a roller coaster of emotion with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I recently moved from Manhattan to NJ. This was probably my 5th or 6th move since I came to Manhattan and by far this was the smoothest and the quickest one. The movers showed up right on time and got right down to the move after asking a few important questions. The team: Nicolas, Vlad and Yuri were super polite, fast, and careful. Their rate was very reasonable and we paid by the hour, there was no traveling charge or hidden fees (there was gas and toll charge but that's understandable). Everyone was very professional but we also joked around during the move. It was just a great experience. We highly recommend this company and especially these guys.
