**DO NOT HIRE, OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE**This entire "company" is a scam and a joke!Early June- Spoke to Greg, A representative on the phone. I told him every single item that was going to be moved&the amount of boxes. He quoted me the price $2000.-That same day, I wired them $600 as a deposit, and set the move date. They gave me a window of JUNE 19-20. I said ok. -2 weeks later, I hadn't heard from them.-On Sunday June 18th, I got a call from a random NY number. The woman on the phone said the movers were coming on Monday the 19th between 3-7. I told her that I lived in a large complex that has moving rules. I would not be permitted to move after 5pm. She gave me the movers phone number. I called him and got no answer.-MONDAY JUNE 19TH. I spoke to the movers in the morning. they told me they were in New Jersey and would keep me posted. I told him again, the entire move had to be complete by 5pm. We spoke later on, he told me he would be there around 4:30. So my boyfriend and I decided to move BASICALLY EVERYTHING to the loading dock. We basically did the entire move with the exception on the bed, couch and 2 very heavy boxes. WE MOVED EVERYTHING ELSE FROM THE 8TH FLOOR TO WHERE THE DRIVER WOULD PULL UP THE TRUCK TO. and we waited, and waited and waited.... finally, these idiots arrived, (after going to the wrong address and freaking out on me through the phone)When they finally arrived, it was past 7pm. I basically begged my old building managers to keep the loading dock open for me.There was 3 of them. 2 of which didn't speak english, not that I cared, they could have been mute and blind as long as they moved my shit. The one guy who was in charge, was very rude. He made it seem like i had soooooooo much stuff, when in fact he was holding the itinerary list in his hand. I told him that I ended up not moving a couple of things I said I was going to (snowboard, large rug, and a dresser). The price stayed the same. OK whatever. Before they even go upstairs to get the bed, couch and 2 heavy boxes, they needed to take a cigarette break. Of course, cause thats what you do when you've arrived somewhere 4 FUCKING HOURS LATE. -After moving everything into their truck, and the one guy complaining that it was too much stuff, he told me it was going to be more money. I was confused since I listed every single piece of furniture that we would be moving. The price went from $2000 to $3500. We said ok. They asked us to pay them in cash but why the fuck would we have thousands of dollars in cash on us? We're normal people, not drug dealers. He said for a check of $1800 and said we would pay the remaining balance once we got our things in California. A week later, I started getting blocked phone calls, which I ignored a couple of times. I finally answered and a guy on the phone said we would need to wire them $600 before they could move our things from a ware house in New Jersey. I freaked out. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME, THAT FOR THE PASSED 7 DAYS, MY THINGS WERE IN NJ when I thought they would be half way to California by now. Why am i just being contacted about this $600 that needs to be wired. We were livid. But nonetheless wired them the additional $600. At this point we have paid these morons a $600 deposit, $1800 check when they picked up my things, and now another $600, which amounts to $3000. Ok FINE.-We flew out to CA, to our very EMPTY apartment on June 27th. 8 days after the movers took our things. I waited about a week before calling them to get an update or an idea of when they would be here. They would either ignore my calls, or put me on hold for 30+ mins EVERY time. I started to get hopeless, and very depressed about this. Not only did we just move to a state 3,000 miles away, now all of our things basically just got stolen. The stupid bitch who I spoke to on the phone after trying them for weeks, decided to finally tell me that we had to pay another $600 before we can get our things. I told her how insane that sounds, since we only owe them another $500. After getting legal advice, we decided to wire them the $600. At this point we've paid them $3600, when the agreement was $3500. They also told me that we would have to pay a remaining balance of $500 to the drivers. Then they went silent and unresponsive for another week. They ignored EVERY SINGLE phone call&email I sent.- Finally about a week later I got a call with saying they would be arriving in 3 days. It was a miracle, they actually came when they said they would have and the delivery guys were much more pleasant. Most of our things were fine, they completely ruined an Ethan Allen night stand, which we threw in the trash, a few boxes came looking like pancakes and a brand new bed was completely destroyed. We were waiting for the drivers to be super sketchy and charge us an additional $500, but MIRACULASLY they said that we didn't have a balance. We tipped them and they left. A few hrs later, we realized a $1,500 bicycle was missing...

Worst business experience I have had in 56 years of life.If you read the review from Joy A it is almost exactly what my experience was with them. No return phone calls, no return texts or e-mails. The missed my delivery date and simply put me on hold when I called until I hung up. I have called them 39 times in the past few days and only spoke to one CSR who lied to me as well. I called an agency named AMSA who help people in these situations and they said I was the third call that day (no exaggeration), and referred me to an investigator they had assigned to the cases. In addition I have filed two formal complaints with the FMCSA and the BBB. They uncharged me $1000 and have yet to deliver my goods and wont even say where they are at. At this point it is not whether or not it is going to end badly, it is to what degree that bad will be. Do not under any circumstances let them take your goods.

MAJESTIC MOVERS ARE GRIFTERS!!First, Majestic Movers lied to me about the price of the move. Most importantly, Majestic Movers is holding my belongings hostage unless I pay them $1,432.99 in cash. They failed to deliver my things on the scheduled date, April 7, 2017, never returned my many calls to reschedule the delivery, then left a voice mail message Friday night, April 28, 2017 saying they were delivering my things the next morning. I was not going to be home. It was less than 24 hours notice. They tacked on a restocking fee of $479 and a storage fee of $280. I told them I wasn't paying it, and they sent me via email a notice of intent to sell my things in auction by May 31, 2017.Spoke with a CSR on the phone to discuss a move from Michigan to Massachusetts. Because I wasn't sure what I was taking from my mother's apartment, the rep suggested I get a quote based on the maximum amount I could be taking, and the price would go down if I didn't take everything. He GUARANTEED it, but unfortunately, not in writing. I did not end up taking a number of items I had quoted, and was charged for them anyway. To avoid storage fees, I arranged a date with the movers to have my items delivered on April 7, 2017. I also asked the movers about note being charged for the things I didn't take but had in the quote, and he said that the contract I signed was binding for the amount quoted. This was my first red flag. I called Majestic Movers to discuss invoice, prior discussion with the rep, and arrange for a drop off time on the prearranged delivery date of 4/7/17. Left a message. Received no call back. I called 3 times and received no return call.Delivery day came and went. Spoke with customer rep. Did not acknowledge the prearranged delivery date. Told me that they were not going to honor commitment made by Philip Johnson not to charge me for things not picked up. She did tell me that because I called prior to 30 days before delivery date, I would not be charged for storage beyond the 30-day free storage guaranteed by Majestic Movers. Delivery was not rescheduled. I was told I would be contacted. I didn't receive a call until April 21, 2017. I spoke with another (3rd) rep. from Majestic Movers. Explained my frustration to her with the lack of communication, the no-show on the pre-arranged delivery date of 4/7/17, and the bill, who told me that the reason why my things weren't delivered was because I owed the delivery company more than $500. This was never explained to me in any of the calls or emails with Majestic Movers, nor was I charged accordingly when my things were picked up. The movers left knowing I had a balance over $500.On Friday evening, April 28, 2017 at 7:15 PM, I received a voice mail message saying that my things were being delivered the next morning, Saturday, April 29, 2017. I was given less than 24 hours notice, which is illegal. I called the movers back and told them that this was too short of notice, and I would not be home to receive the delivery. I also told them I would not be paying any storage fee.On Saturday morning, April 29, 2017 at 9:18 AM, I received a voice mail message from a company rep at Majestic Movers that the movers were 30 minutes away and ready to deliver my things. The movers did not tell her I spoke with them last night. On Saturday morning, April 29, 2017 at 9:43 AM, I was emailed a new invoice from Majestic Movers with added fees of $479 redelivering fee and $320 storage fee based on the fact that I declined allowing delivery based on 12 hours notice. On May 9, 2017, I received call under "No Caller ID" from woman saying she's a manager at Majestic Movers, and that I can pick up my stuff myself and not pay the "redelivery" fee. Or I can pay the full amount and have it delivered. Either way, she said if I don't pay up by next week, she'll sell my things in auction. She hung up on me when I argued with her about the fees. I continued to cal and leave messages to discuss delivery of my things, with no response. On May 17, 2017, I with a CSR, who informed me that I had to pay the balance of $1432.99 before my stuff would be delivered. I asked to speak with her manager, but said that he would not speak with me. I called, and whoever answered the phone refused to transfer me to him, and refused to give me their mailing address. She hung up on me.I received a Notice of Lien and Foreclosure threatening to auction off my belongings if I did not send payment to them.STAY AWAY FROM MAJESTIC MOVERS!! THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!

WE'VE ENCOUNTERED THE SAME TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS POSTED HERE. Any positive review is simply fake. I cannot emphasize this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This has been an utter nightmare. As with others' experiences, their scam is to provide good customer service on the front end, along with a low estimate, then once you commit and start working with these "people", EVERYTHING FALLS APART. All our belongings are still being held hostage and there is no telling when we will receive them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND CROOKS. We've filed a complaint through the FMCSA - I would recommend others do the same if they find themselves in this position. Also be wary of US DOT: 2272969 // that is this company's DOT #. Please protect yourself. This website is helpful: fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-yo..
