I had this company move me from the East Coast to the West Coast. They were ok. I got a quote from them online when I was shopping around for movers and they gave me a really good price, so I scheduled my move. They never once sent someone out to come see how much stuff I had. Once the movers showed up they quoted almost double what I had agreed to. I had no choice but to go with them because I had to move out of my apartment that day and go across country. I was pretty pissed they put me in the position. On top of charging me double the guy that was moving me kept trying to raise the price and at one point he said "Well, I have a family to feed" he wasnt very friendly to say the least. All in all my stuff made it to the west cost and was in one piece. Not sure Ill every use this service again though.

I did not actually use this company to move my belongings because my experience with them was so negative from the onset. I somehow signed myself up online for a free moving quote (not directly from them but whomever must have sold my information). This company proceeded to call me several times a day and send me nonstop emails despite declining at first and then not answering for the next several weeks. On what must be the 30th call, I just answered again and asked that they stop calling, to which the woman very rudely responded "you have never picked up your phone before so we keep calling. goodbye." I hope that is the end of it but talk about poor customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Whatever you do get a "BINDING QUOTE" when hiring movers.  They quoted us around $1500.00 to move us from the East Coast to the Mid-West and then they came to our house packed up all our stuff and then told us that the price had changed to $4500.00.  During the time that they were loading the truck up with our stuff one of the  guys that was having us fill out the paperwork asked my partner and I if we were together and when we said yes he asked my partner if  she had ever had sex with a guy before.  EXTREMELY INNAPPROPRIATE.  He made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we were so angry that they were trying to charge us three times the quoted price.  We said we weren't going to pay them that much and he punched in a bunch of numbers on the calculator and got the price down to $3000.00, which was still double what they told us it was going to be.  When we talked to the lady on the phone who was taking an inventory we had a list of everything that was going to be going on the truck, the inventory we gave her was 100% accurate and we asked if the price was going to change and she said it definitely wouldn't as long as the inventory didn't change.  Never once were we told about cubic square feet which they claimed we had gone over.  They never once told us that was how they were going to charge us.  They low-balled the cubic feet estimate just to make the quote low, just to get us to use them as our movers so that they could get into our house and load up the truck and keep our stuff hostage.  They told us it would cost us $500.00 to unload the truck right there if we didn't want to use them as movers anymore.  SCAMMERS.  We felt like we were being robbed.  They also told us that if we didn't tip them then they wouldn't treat our stuff nicely.  We wanted them out of our house.  We didn't know what to do and we didn't want to give them $500.00 and then have to find another mover to move our stuff, so were were in a position where we felt like we had to use them.  I bet they do this to everyone.  We called the office after they left and voiced how upset we were.  The manager of the place said he would recalculate our stuff when it arrived in NJ and then adjust the price.  The price was adjusted to $2700.00.  He had no answers to why they give low estimates to people, because the true answer is that they scam people.  WHAT THE HELL WOULD PEOPLE DO IF THEY HAD TO GET THEIR STUFF OUT THAT DAY????  They cheat people at vulnerable times in their lives.  Had we known that it was going to cost that much we would have sold our stuff and bought new stuff when we got to where we moved.   We didn't get our stuff until 20 days after the first day we wrote down we could receive our stuff.  It says they have two weeks to get you your stuff, that means 14 business days supposedly.  We called the Manager around the 4th of the month to see when our stuff was going to be there because I needed something off the truck to start my new job and he told me it would be there by the next Monday which is when I was to start my job.  Our stuff didn't get delivered nor did it EVER leave New Jersey yet.  He lied and I couldn't start my job and had to find a new one.  Supposedly the driver had a court date and couldn't leave the state, so instead of having someone else drive our stuff out west they waited and neglected to inform us of this earlier.   We finally got our stuff and the guys that delivered our stuff were very nice and professional, the only positive thing of the entire ordeal.  I guess that Luxury VanLines hires out other moving trucks to move your stuff, so the people that pick up and deliver your stuff do not work for Luxury Van Lines, so you never know who is going to be entering your home.  Everything was delivered but all of our plastic containers that we had our stuff stored in were dented an destroyed.  Luckily everything in them was not breakable.  They did break my grandmothers table and scratch part of a table that I made with my own hands.  I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company ever again.  I hope you don't either.  We went to a lawyer to see if we could sue them and because of that tiny print on the back of the tons of papers they make you sign the lawyer basically said we didn't have a case.  This was the worst experience ever.  Don't let it happen to you.  GET A BINDING QUOTE WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
