I had to move from Princeton to Manhattan and made arrangements with LowRateMoving at the last minute. Even though these guys are based in Brooklyn, they reached Princeton in time and took just an hour to load all the boxes. Dave and his company were uber efficient and very friendly.  Moreover the best part was the price; it was just half of what every other mover quoted. You will not find anyone this efficient in the NY area. I highly recommend them.

Need movers? Look no further. I needed to bring a piece of furniture up to my apartment on a Saturday night. This was the ONLY company that was willing to help on such short notice, and they even gave me a discount. They arrived quickly, did the job within the blink of an eye. Very professional. I will definitely call them again for all my moving needs.

Where should I start,  I like to do pros and cons. Pros the furniture was well wrapped and they seemed fairly honest. None of the furniture got scratched. Cons they broke three pieces of furniture altough they did fix one. The furniture was large and heavy and I didn't appreciate being told my wood was dry and it was my furnitures fault for breaking.   I was charged one hour extra altogether  but gave them a tip anyway. The owner dave is charasmatic but I wasn't born yesterday.   I told him they scratched my wood floor very deep because I wasn't able to watch them the whole time so they must of just dragged the furniture while I wasn't watching. Dave said that scratch was there,  how I said I just had the new hardwood oak floor just installed, did the installers give me scratched wood, I don't think so. Last but not least one of his workers just leaves the garbage in my driveway in a mess, they told me they take care of everything,  apparently not the garbage. To be fair the furniture was heavy when I asked one of the guys how did another piece of furniture break he tried to be as charasmatic as his boss and said it's really not that bad if you think about it. For the record I didn't care that much but my wife does, what I didn't care for was your remark. All in all its what I expected from a furniture company. Im sorry for the two stars but if you scratch a new floor maybe you should tell the owner and come to a compromise and not try to pass it off, because it sucks when your wife finds it and tells me I suck at hiring people. I wasn't going to review this place because I don't want to hurt people's bussiness but I compare bussinesses to other bussinesses that do the same service.

Moving is stressful there is no doubt about it. Can I trust other people with my stuff. Will things break.... will they overcharge..... stress is always part of the move.The first thing we thought of when it was over was wow ! this was totally painless.Dave and his crew are dependable, hard working and HONEST !It doesn't really get any better than this.  They worked quickly, took care of our things as if they were their own and stuck to the price we had set.  No surprise charges or anything of the sort.  Totally honest.  Now about the price, we could not find a better deal ..... and we looked. Our move took 4 hours from start to finish and they even helped us assemble things in our new place.We whole heartedly recommend Dave and his crew. When we move again as we inevitably will, they will be our movers.  Thank you !

I emailed for a quote on Friday night, and had my piano on Saturday. These guys delivered in the snow, and waited for me for about 10 min when my phone decided not to work and they could not reach me. They said they would pick up the piano between 2 and 2:30, it was on the truck in Harlem by 2:35, and delivered to me in Brooklyn (again... in the snow) by 4pm. They were quick and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them for your moving needs!
