I had a great experience with Lift from beginning to end. When I reached out to them, they responded promptly and were very accommodating, despite pretty strict rules from my buildings. Great customer service from Jon! They were also available on relatively short notice and had very competitive prices. On the day of the move (this morning), the movers communicated with me frequently, were perfectly on time, and moved everything in an efficient manner. Martin, Barry, and Alex were all fast and adaptable- I moved from a building with a tiny elevator to a 4th-floor walk-up, and they were great. They finished my move from Morningside Heights to Hell's Kitchen in under an hour and a half. Low prices, great services, and reliable movers- highly recommend!

These guys made moving from Long Island to NYC a breeze. I contacted half a dozen movers via yelp and only Lift responded within 30 minutes with a quote. Scheduled the move after a quick follow up phone call with Jon. The whole process was easier than ordering a pizza online! (A+ for customer service). They also provided the necessary COIs quickly and helped me out on the details (never knew about COIs before this). On the day of the move, the guys (Spiros, Rick and Eddie) arrived 30 mins early at 8:30AM (which is especially great considering the traffic on LIE and Throgs neck). The speed at which these guys moved is simply amazing. All of the 12-14 pieces of furniture (including glass desk, marble top center table) were packed securely in blankets to avoid any scratches or dents (not a single scratch on any of the furniture). I had more than 20+ boxes and a 55" TV on top of the furniture and these guys got everything loaded swiftly. At the destination, the guys were considerate and organized most of the boxes and furniture according to the room and completed the entire move in 3.5 hours including travel time from the middle of the island. If you are moving in and around NYC, I would recommend Lift in a heartbeat.

This was the first time I actually hired movers and movers in NYC is definitely a daunting task. The customer service was amazing and they kept in touch throughout the whole setup process and gave us COI for our buildings. We asked the move to start at 9am and they got here at 8:30am! They got here early! And talk about the speed! They brought 4 guys, but were kind enough to give us the 3 man rate and they moved everything from our 500sq ft soho apartment to union square in 3.5 hours. That includes commute, getting through our confusing building complex, moving the truck to a different block, packing up at least 20 boxes, tables, bed, and TVs! They made sure to wrap all of the important furniture and mattress with blankets and had dollies that literally moved everything so quickly. No sweat or stress on our side.I would highly recommend these guys after I just looked them up on a whim. Make sure to tip them well as they are super hard workers.

I've been so busy unpacking this is the first chance I have had to write a review. Lift was absolutely great! They sent a large crew (Martin, Taras, Roman, Mike and Saketi) that had me out and moved in almost no time. They took care of everything and were extremely helpful when it came to taking things apart and rearranging anything that was needed. They finished under the time they estimated, but still treated everything I had with care. Moving is always a pain, but I didn't need to worry about Lift. In short, they were great!

It was my first time moving in nyc and I was very nervous. Movers came late due to the previous job but they finished moving very quick and also literally moved everything without any damage.
