Spectacular from start to finish.  Quick, efficient, reliable, professional and transparent about everything including costs.  It was a two-stop move out-of-state and they made moving day as seamless as possible.  When we buy a house, we'll be definitely using them again.Thanks again Scott and Key Moving!

It was an unfortunate circumstance when there was a changed of schedule on my end. I was happy when they were flexible and offered me plenty of other options which one of them worked out. Their men were highly skilled and super committed to the job. Kept me informed when they were packing and loading my items. From there, everything went very well. An unstainable service from them was provided. My items were totally safe and secured! Thanks Key Moving & Storage for your flexibility and exceptional service! Unequally recommended!

Awful. Had used the same moving company four years in a row and regret not sticking with them. Attitude of certain individuals we spoke to was very distasteful. Moved from NJ to CA. As with other reviews, delivery time was long. Told the company we couldn't do a certain delivery date and they assured us the driver would be notified. Lo and behold the driver calls at 6pm to say he would arrive at 2pm on the date we requested no delivery. He finally settled on Saturday afternoon. "I'll be there in 2 hours" turned into 5.5 hours and they arrived at 720 PM. The driver and one other person unloaded the truck. I immediately noticed the awful packing job in the truck. Boxes marked fragile were carelessly crushed under heavier boxes. Several of my items had dents and chips, which were wrapped by the movers. Did not bother to assist putting the bed frame back together. In this situation you certainly get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

Customer service was great at first, but once they demanded we pay the whole price of the shipment (even though we were told to break it up once it was delivered to ensure some sort of collateral), they dropped off the map. Our stuff has not arrived when they said within (7-20 days). They promised their drivers take our things from NY to Portland, OR and we have come to find out they have outsourced our things to another company. When we called the driver they provided us with, he had no idea who Key moving was or who we were. Our arrival date has been moved twice now and we've been wasting our time and money waiting for our stuff to arrive. No one called us back to follow up and no one bothers to listen to us. DO NOT use this company.

So I had a hard time deciding what moving company to go with. I ended up with key moving after talking to one of the sales people (I think April?) because she made me feel comfortable with the company. My move was from providence to Charlotte. I had already moved down south so my mother met the movers picking up my belongings. She raved about how amazing they were! She said they took care of my stuff like it was theirs. The delivery got confusing because I got different calls saying when it would be here even though I didn't have my apartment keys yet. Eventually we got it figured out so t was all set.When the delivery got to me the movers from Charlotte were great! Such friendly guys who worked their asses off. Extremely efficient. The driver wasn't as great as the movers, he wasn't bad but he seemed to complain and tell me I was lucky he could get the truck to me or else I'd have to pay a lot more. It was just awkward. In the end I had to pay more money because of the distance from the truck to my apartment? I had to give him $75 cash that he said was in the contract but I never received an updated invoice. I gave it to get him gone but I feel I should've received an updated invoice or a call from the office manager about this extra fee. Overall I was happy with the movers and april and Pedro from the office. The driver just seemed off to me. I would hire the company again and recommend them.
