Ken`s Moving and Storage

Excellent experience with them starting with the lovely young woman on the phone who took down every detail of my move and called me back quickly with an estimate.  The guys were super nice, on time, worked quickly and I would not hesitate to call Ken's for any future moves, terrific service!

I was really hoping I was going to have a good experience with this company being that a family member recommended them, however this was not the case. Although Ken is a nice guy, he definitely over charges. He gave me an estimate for moving my one bedroom apartment that was only 100 less then moving my family members 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. Also, this company will not work with you. The women who answers the phone is unstable, nasty and unprofessional. She called me cursing and complaining about a doctor's appointment she had scheduled. She then called me back apologizing for venting to me about her personal life. She also wouldn't work with me on the time of the move even though they had availability. When I got frustrated she then yelled at me and wished me good luck in finding another company. Please look into training your staff on professionalism. I do not recommend.

I had a great experience with them, was given a competitive price over the phone with no hidden or additional cost! Showed up In 3 for a small job, they were on time, courteous and efficient. Thank you to Kens Moving for a job well done. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!

I had Ken move from a home in bklyn ny to another home in bklyn close by.The men were all real nice and did a very good job loading and wrapping the furniture.I had no complaints.They arrived on time,did a lot of heavy lifting.just sorry I didn't have enough $$  to give them for a bigger tip. I would use them again if need be.

I didn't even use this company because of how sketch it was just getting a estimate, oh wait a didn't even get a estimate. "Ken" asks for the addresses to and from with also a list of the things they will be moving, and also just regular moving information, flights, elevator,  totally normal. I've lived in Manhattan for 5 years and have moved plenty, I know moving companies. After I submit all the information, I get an email back saying he can offer 3 movers with a truck for $120 a hour (high in my opinion) and also I could have just read that off your website, that's not a estimate, that's your service prices.So I email back, saying how long do u think it will take? then I get this b*llshit response about how they DO NOT GIVE ESTIMATES, because of so many variables, like weather, and parking, and traffic, and how long it's gonna take to do everything......1) what was the point in making me send u a list of everything, and my addresses if ur just gonna send me service prices 2) I only asked to wrapped three items, he acted like he couldn't estimate that? Like what? 3) I gave my addresses, so if u can't estimate driving time by using GOOGLE in 1 minute, you would see it less that 30 minutes and all highway, so it shows u did nothing with my addresses and sending u that information was pointless completely 4) I have never, ever had a moving company not give me a estimate, ever! EVER! That is a huge scam move. It's like going  in blindly and then they can do whatever and charge you whatever for whatever "reasons" 5) moves cross country have estimates, but apparently moving from Harlem to Woodside cannot be predicted, there are too many variables? (Can u hear the sarcasm)6) and also they require a deposit, to "hold your reservation"Some serious crap here. Run
