Hello, I like to put a positive review, just move from the city to great neck and the guys were great, the estimate was on the money and every thing came with no damages.In addition they guys were very polit and professional I was really lucky this time to choose the right company!

I'm really disappointed with my Infinity experience, which was a cross country move from Chicago, IL to Oakland, CA. The people I've spoken to have been nice enough, but the things-that-aren't-great overview is:- They changed the delivery window based on miscommunication, and delivered almost a week late (they had my things for a total of 28 days). They offered me $175 in compensation, which hasn't been processed. If I had told them to wait five extra days, they would have charged me $3250.- I was charged for a shuttle truck that they didn't end up needing or using. They haven't processed that refund yet either.- And, the kicker: they "lost" my china cabinet by not including it on the original paperwork, so it didn't get packed on the semi-truck that brought the rest of my things across the country. To their credit, they admitted the error and "found" it in their warehouse. But of course, it will remain in NY until they have a truck coming my way, which could be...who knows.Again, no problem with any one person I've spoken with, but they obviously have issues with communication breakdown when and if things go wrong, which in my case, things definitely did. Two stars because I'm now in possession of (most of) my things and they were delivered without damage. I hope my china cabinet is having fun in New York.

We recently moved to NJ and I have to say the moving process sucks! But it sucks a little bit less if you have the help of a great moving company :) I got their information from a good friend and it was one of the best decisions I made! Affordable price, great service and nothing broken lol I really hope I don't have to move for a very long time but in case I do will definitely use infinity again.

The crew that came to help me move was very helpful and friendly. They were very careful with my belongings and helped me finish packing everything. Would definitely recommend !

I recently moved from NJ to CA. The packers in NJ and unloaders in CA were very professional, moved quickly and friendly. The kept in constant touch by calling me before arriving with times and they actually arrived early. The price quoted was the price I paid and with arrangements agreed upon with the CSR prior to signing the contract.Thank you Infinity
