THIS COMPANY WILL LOSE YOUR ITEMS, DAMAGE AND SEND ANYONE FROM CRAIGSLIST... BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
If I could rate this company -5 i would. This company moved us from Brooklyn to St Louis and it was a complete disaster. Be very careful these guys have absolutely no idea. They lost a huge expensive floor rug, like it never showed up, no apology nothing. Also an antique mirror was missing too. They broke a number of glass items, sent us movers here in St Louis who where chosen from Craigslist, not referenced, these guys made us feel uncomfortable asking us questions about ho much this this item would cost, how much we purchased pur home for, to tip them directly cash and not through FlatRate as they take too much commission and tried to make us call management to release their pay as they wanted to leave without un packing. It was a complete NIGHTMARE. They damaged our walls, we immediately sent images and they accept no responsibility and insult us with $200. The rug alone was over $1500.00 We were asked to lodge a claim and this is what we received:

At $0.60 per pound at 110 lbs, your total claim value equals $66.00. Additionally, we are including a courtesy amount of $134.00 for property damage which occurred during the move. Accordingly, enclosed please find a check in the amount of $200.00 serving as a full and final settlement for claim #1281150 filed on 1/17/25.

We have used Flatrate Moving twice to help us and both times they have been great. Excellent customer service and careful with fragile items. Both groups of guys that have helped us have been very humble and attentive. I fully recommend this company and will definitely keep them in mind for any future move.

Flatrate Moving guys were incredible! Extremely pleasant and also specialist, they dealt with every one of our furnishings as well as were extremely practical with dismantling and also reconstructing every little thing. Costs were incredibly reasonable as well as I would suggest Flatrate Moving to all my friends and relatives.

This was the First time using Flatrate Moving. They have been awesome, and I'm still amazed by how much effort the movers take in moving my stuff. I expect to move again within the next year, hopefully, the last time and I will definitely call them again.

Great customer service. They were efficient and great to work with. The team of movers was professional, efficient and clean! They did the move in 3 hours less than the time estimated. They were all nice and did a good job of protecting the furniture and placing it everything where I asked. Thank you, Flatrate Moving.
