I highly recommend choosing these guys if you're still on the fence! There's no one exactly like these guys.Sarah did a great job! I had to reschedule last minute and they were totally understanding and didn't charge me extra for the last minute change. When Sunday rolled around (the day we rain checked for), fixa.nyc called to confirm the time in the AM, several hours before arriving.The last time I ever used one of similar services, about two years ago, they didn't seem to care much. They haphazardly threw everything together and I ended up having to tighten the furniture by myself afterwards. These guys are the exact opposite! When the man left, I double checked the desk and shelving unit and everything was perfect. Even the dining table from Ikea, was assembled perfectly. There also wasn't any instructions for the dining table, so I am all the more impressed with these guys.Thanks fixa.nyc again for setting an example of what an Ikea assembly company should be like!

My only regret was not calling sooner!My husband and I had been planning on putting everything together for the past few weeks, but life can get crazy busy. I realised we needed to call someone or face another week of staring at these ridiculously heavy boxes.The guy arrived right on time and was professional and sweet. He got started and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. The boxes were no match for him, and neither was the millions of pieces that Ikea furniture is infamous for. He was done before the allotted time was over and even cleaned up the boxes and waste that was leftover.My biggest worry was that this was going to cost an arm and a leg, but thankfully I still have both! It was honestly less than expected, but definitely worth every penny.Everything looks lovely; my husband and I couldn't be happier! Thanks for making home 'home' again. I've already recommended you guys to a few friends and family.

This company is amazing. Very thorough, detailed, and on top of it. Also, I had a time crunch during the assembly process and Dimitri put together all my items in about an hour less than the time quote. He is efficient, friendly, and amazing. Thanks for helping to make my moving experience easier!

It was a breeze to work with FIXA NYC.  They got back to me super quickly with the initial quote and it was one of the cheaper quotes that I got.  The guys were great.  Initially I didn't think they were very polite but after spending a few hours with them, it was clear that was a language and culture difference.  They worked hard and all the assembly was well done.  It took about 5 hours because I had many pieces and I also asked them to do extra pieces that I hadn't initially included in the quote.  They gave me a very reasonable quote for those as well.After using these guys, I don't know why anyone would go to Ikea themselves.  Starting with the delivery to assembly, these guys made it super easy and there was no stressing out.  Thank you!

These guys were great! I sent my list and got a quote back within hours with reasonable prices. The guys who delivered and put the items together were great, super friendly and quick! They put all my new stuff together and put everything where I asked them to. There was a mixup in the order and they quickly gave me a new time when they could come with the correct item, again super friendly and quick service! I am never putting IKEA furniture together myself ever again :-D
