I had a good move.  I made a reservation with Mark, my sales rep, and they arrived on the first day of my two day window.  Jake and Sam were my "moving guys".  It was a long day of packing and loading.  I bought them lunch and offered to help, but I was told that I am not insured.  I had a pretty small move with two pick ups.  My storage unit was across the street so they gabbed that after my house was cleared out.  It took seven days for to get me out to Las Vegas from New York.  I will only be here for a couple years so when I do move back I will be sure to call them.  I move a lot so I have had bad moves before.  Nothing broke this time, but I have decided to buy stronger furniture because I am always on the move.  If you are thinking of packing your own boxes Don't Do It!!!  I was amazed at what my packing looked like compared to the amount of stuffing they use to protect my glass items.Good Work !

NO, NO, NO! Do not use this company! Nor BAM Express out of Illinois, with whom they are apparently affiliated. Do NOT deal with Marc Samson - scam artist from the word go. He promised me no problem with my pickup date, arranged 6 months in advance and deposit paid. Told me 7-9 days for my move from OR to NC. Then 8-10 days...and later 30 days by a THIRD company. Two days before the scheduled move it was turned over to a third company, EXECUTIVE MOVING - and Marc, whom I had been in frequent contact by both phone and email was out of the picture, never responding to any of my emails, texts, or phone calls and to date, still has not.The third company was 4 days late to pick up my things, on May 26, and then held them in Las Vegas for more than 2 weeks! Until the driver called on the pickup date (I had already left the state and had to have my landlady let the movers in) I had no idea they were headed for Las Vegas and certainly didn't know they'd be unloaded and reloaded onto another truck there.At last check they were finally put on a truck on June 11th and supposedly headed my way. I requested they adjust the balance due to reimburse me $260 for the additional expenditures (one night in a hotel beyond the last date they SHOULD have delivered my things, and the purchase of a few items to allow me to camp out in my empty home). They offered the laughable sum of $50 for the terrible stress and inconvenience they have caused. And who knows if I'll ever receive my things and in what shape they will be? STAY AWAY - FAR, FAR AWAY!! DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE COMPANIES!

we pre-paid $150 for 2 guys for 2 hours through U-haul's recommended movers. bottom line, a waste of money and unprofessional. Also note, "experienced movers" are just a couple of dudes who show up with no equipment. Two early amateurs showed up 35 minutes late (we were double parked, so I called the dispatcher a few times who kept calling them and saying they were probably on their way). They finally showed up, casually strolling down the block with their lunches. At that point my husband had unloaded most of the truck - I was half useless being 7 months pregnant. They unloaded the rest which took them 20 minutes. The guys themselves were polite and nice, but they weren't professional movers. definitely not someone you want to hire if you have nice things. I get the 2 hour minimum requirement, but when you show up 35 minutes late and the job is mostly done, something has to give. The dispatcher said a partial refund wasn't possible, offered no other compensation and suggested I don't tip the movers to "call it even".You're way better off paying some high school kids $20/hour!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! It's all a big scam! They stole $200 from me as a "deposit" then canceled my move and never returned my emails or phone calls about my money.  Beware!!!!

I had worst experience with Experienced Moving  during my move from Boston to Connecticut. It was just around 80 miles but these guys gave a higher quote of considering the minimal furniture and household stuff. However, their crew who come to pick up and deliver were really very unprofessional. As agreed they should be st source to pick up at 8 am but they came at 12 noon to pick up and made us hurry to  deliver as well at the destination. I do not have words to express about their attitude and behavior. Starting from loading itself they started charging to get monster drink for them  to complete work and when they reached at the destination to deliver and charged for waiting as well. I had never heard   about this before and finally had to pay for waiting charges with big fights. So I PAID ALMOST DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF QUOTE WITH BIG TENSION. THEY ASKED ME TO PAY CASH WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD AT THE BEGINNING. HOWEVER, I WAS ABLE TO WITHDRAW ONLY $500 PER DAY AS EVERYONE KNOWS AND SINCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY ALL BY CASH THEY WERE THREATENING ME AND KEEP ADDING WAITING CHARGES TO THE BILL. HOWEVER, FINALLY AFTER PAYING THROUGH CREDIT CARD  i DID NOT GET THE FINAL INVOICE AS WELL. They did not allow to talk with the person who booked the move. This company is really great Fraud. The crews who had come to pick up and deliver were the worst I have ever seen and dealt. They were in fighting mood and even did not bother to about the professionalism.PLEASE AVOID HIRING THIS IF YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
