It's unfortunate that I even have to give this company 1 star to write this review. The disrespect I was subjected to on my move day is more in line with a negative 5 review. I am writing about my experience with this company for a move that was scheduled for January 8, 2026. I'll start off by saying my experience with the company leading up to the move was smooth. The day of the move the movers arrived on time and as part of the contract the movers were to move ALL the furniture with about 10 to 12 boxes. Three movers arrived and the lead mover assessed what needed to be moved. This did not make sense to me because pictures of what I needed moved had been sent to the company prior to the move day. There were three women at the house when the movers arrived while I went to the location where the things needed to be moved as there was a short window to get all of this done. The movers decided to start loading the truck with the boxes despite being told multiple times that the furniture was the priority. Once they got to a point where the truck could no longer fit the furniture they said they were done and I would need to call the company for a new quote. I expected this, however the person I spoke to was the most disrespectful unbusinesslike person I've ever encountered during a move. I was told they don't need my business and they understand what it is to move things. When I asked to speak to the person who I made the original reservation with I was told the person died in the week or two between the time I had made the reservation. At this point it had become a big joke. The movers proceeded to drive off with my belongings, leaving a bedroom set that needed to be moved THAT day. I called the company 3x to make a complaint and was finally connected to Becks who I had made the original reservation with and was told had died. Clearly he was NOT dead. Needless to say I let him know that their company came recommended to me by a family friend who had used their services 3 months prior. The only difference was a man was involved with that move. They saw all women and thought they could take advantage of us. I've moved belongings multiple times and this by far has been the worst experience. Its unfortunate I needed a licensed company for this move because I've had amazing unlicensed movers move my things with care and respect. If you're going to have someone lead a move, make sure they can communicate effectively. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I was lied to, misled, yelled at, ignored and EXTREMELY disrespected during a time of high stress. The level of stress that was ADDED to the situation was disgusting. Negative stars all around. If you value your things, time, money and yourself, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My electronic keyboard was left half out of its box, keys exposed. It got chipped and scratched. I’m surprised it even still turns on. They barely acknowledged the mistake.

They overcharged me by adding random fees, like a “truck cleaning” fee. They never mentioned that in the quote. I felt completely scammed by the time I got the final bill.

The loaders kept complaining about how heavy my stuff was. Isn’t that kind of their job? It was uncomfortable to listen to them whine about every box they lifted.

I was quoted one price for the move, but after they finished, they said, Oh, there’s an extra charge for stairs. Excuse me? I live on the third floor and told them that when I booked. Suddenly, they’re demanding $300 more for something we already discussed? I refused to pay the extra, and they started getting aggressive, saying I signed a contract. Absolute scam.
