I set up an appointment with a compeditor 1-800-got-junk on line...told them what I needed removed: full size bed and wooden bedframe, bags of dirty kittylitter nd a dew odds and ends.Th two gentlemen arived on time, took a look at the bed and other room and declined to do the job - something about there was a small mound of cat hairball..and that it melled. I said I would immeditely clean up the cat busines...but nope, they walked out. I have a feeling they didn't want to deal with the very heavy bed frme. I told them I had a new bed coming today, but they could care. Called the office, was told it would take a day to get back to me. Why would I want to do business with them again!Immediately called Cleanout Express...they came in a few hours, had a lovely attitude, did the work with no complaints, got well tipped and now I know who to call for rubbish removal...Cleanout Express ...718-658-0979...they cover Nassau and Suffolk Counties as well as NYC borughs.

The office manager was very proactive and sent somebody my way (I believe his name was Paul) to estimate the junk removal load within the same day. Paul was on time and was able to estimate quite accurately the cost of the removal. While they were not the cheapest of the 3 companies I researched and met with, they seemed to be the most organized and most professional. Indeed, they packed the first truck very tightly which gave me the impression they were aiming at providing the full service within the given estimate. The second truck load was packed a bit more loosely but I could tell with good certainty that it was as estimated. My basement was left in a broom-clean condition. Eric (the team leader on removal day) kept his crew motivated throughout. And you could tell he takes pride in a job well done which is why I felt it was important to take the time to write a review. Kudos to him.

I'm getting new furniture and needed the old stuff removed. This company made the removal of my old furniture SO easy!!! Their workers are efficient, professional and quick. And I didn't mention...I'm on floor 3 of a 5 floor walk up. I'm very satisfied. And because I paid cash, they offered a discount to sweeten the pot! I'd definitely use them again.
