Just did a move from Riverdale, Bronx to Manhattan and this was one of the best decisions I made! I ended up choosing the 1 bedroom set and it was more than enough for me! Not only is this a much greener way to move for the environment but you don't have to deal with the mess of traditional boxes. The service was great! I called in and requested a delivery of the bins, only 2 days before my actual move date . They didn't make it a hassle, they came and delivered as promised . They even brought labels that I could use as I packed . The customer service team is great and easy to work with , from the time you schedule delivery and schedule the pick-up of the bins . Honestly, for you are looking for a more green way, and are looking to rent plastic bins for your move in the NYC area try these guys out!

I placed an order with City Bins for our upcoming move based on a recommendation from a friend and all the excellent reviews on Yelp. Everything seemed fine, I coordinated with the managers Avi and Danielle this week to get a certificate of insurance and confirm my delivery time of 4-7pm for today. However it is now 9pm and I have no bins and haven't received any update from anyone at the company saying what is going on. I have emailed both managers three times asking where my delivery is and haven't heard back. Based on this I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. I am just very frustrated that I can't get through to anyone to find out if they are still coming. They only answer the phone from 10am - 3pm on Saturdays so I can't even call anyone.

Just finished a 100 mile move from NYC. City Bins provided excellent service in conjunction with Roadway (another A+ for them ) and it was a terrific experience. Prompt/informative/courteous. Every one we dealt with, just made sure this was easy for us.  The bins were clean (I wiped them down anyway) and they worked with me on sorting out how many I needed. We had exactly enough. Exactly.  Really wonderful company to deal with.Thank you City Bins! Shout out to Avi who was on top of all.

Ordered 100 bins for our parents group toy drive for the holidays, the bins are nice and sturdy and very easy to move around with their provided dolly.Before this we always had to deal with cardboard boxes that either doesn't stack well or breaks apart when we move the toys around, having these made our project much easier, especially they can pick it up from the event when we are done with the bins, why didn't we thought of this earlier?Before ordering the bins, we have compared this to a few other similar services, while we didn't tried the others, in terms of services and value I don't feel the need to look any further

What an amazing idea ! I'm glad some one thought about this GREEN solution - I moved so many times in my life and every time I spend so much money on packing materials and it always ends in the garbageNot only City Bins are reusable and way more durable than any normal carton box and can be safely stacked without being worried that your belonging will get smushed, they even offered me ridiculous storage price that I had to cancel my other storage arrangementsI highly recommend using City Bins for your next me - for the sake of Mother Earth and the sake of your belongings :)
