GREAT.GREAT.GREAT. The boys showed up 10 minutes early and went straight to work. The crew of 4 guys were awesome. Everything was loaded and ready to go in no time. I moved from Queens to Manhattan and  even though I had  4 flights of stairs at the pick up, they handled the furniture like it was nothing. (PROS). Chris the sales rep did a great job explaining the whole process to me and true transparency. Although a bit more then others, the extra dollars are worth the expense. The GREAT service goes a long way when moving and having to trust someone with your life possessions. I would recommend this moving company. Peace!

Eek! Methinks definitely not. Showed up in a complete jalopy, used yellow Penske truck with the word Penske painted over and blocked the whole street at exactly the beginning of alternate side paring hours making it impossible for anyone to move their cars. I was screamed at by the leader of these guys when they moved in our new neighbors. Completely unprofessional! I need to make sure that I underline that I never raised my voice. I even said "what are you yelling at me?, I'm not yelling at you" These guys are garbage. Avoid at all costs. Yikes!

I was relocating from NY to Texas and contacted them. Initially very friendly, responsive (spoke to Kevin Kobin) he told me they could have my stuff arrive in 7 to 10 days from pick up.- 05/31 They picked up my stuff; I had already paid in advance; I was already in TX the movers told my mom to write in a June 20th date as I did not find a permanent place yet- 06/06 I find a place and request a Saturday 06/11 Delivery. They told me they would try but the shipment was not leaving until Wednesday 06/08 and that the driver would contact me 24-48 hours prior. I replied asking why, no reply.- 06/09 I inquire again as I had not heard back. No reply- 06/10 I email again and leave a voicemail. Kevin finally replies, "Sorry we missed your call, I just spoke to dispatch who gave me a copy of your paperwork. You requested delivery no sooner than the 20th of June so the shipment has not been sent out to you yet. Please see the attached for the paper-work you signed requesting no sooner than the 20th." Not really clear who put that date and Kevin totally ignored the direct communication I had with him.It is unclear who wrote that date in. Little to no communication. Now they're holding me ransom. And I'll be in a brand new apartment with nothing to put in it.

I was so impressed with Binding Price Moving. I was given a moving quote and when the move was done, it was LESS than they had estimated. How often does that happen? The guys were expected to arrive between 9 and 10 am and I had said that earlier would be better. They arrived at 8:20. They were polite, fast, and really good at their job. We were all packed up and on the road by 9:45. They were at our new home by 10:45, and had us unloaded and our furniture placed right where we asked before noon. My phone contact was Edward and the movers were Will, Brian, and Charleke. Would I use this company again? Absolutely.

An employee from this company stole one of our 47 inch TVs, and Binding Price Moving did nothing to rectify the situation AND IN FACT even made it harder for me to recover money for the damage by challenging the credit card charge dispute I initiated.  The reason that I had to resort to disputing the credit card charge was because their "claims company" "Claims Service International" is a complete SHAM.  I was told that I would have to wait NINETY DAYS in order to even get a decision as to what, if any, money I would get in order to be reimbursed for the $500+ TV that was STOLEN from us. Well, it is now been more than 120 days, and I just received an e-mail from Claims Service International that I have pasted below:Subject: Documents Request"Dear Sir / Madam,A claim / complaint under the above listed customer name and move job # has been received on 08/**/2015  PM.In order for us to properly analyze this claim and determine compensation amount we must review the following documents:1. Delivery Bill of Lading (+ Valuation Addendum if applicable)2. Delivery Inventory (if Applicable)3. Original Estimate & Revised Estimate (if applicable)4. Packing Certificate (if packing service provided)5. Weight Tickets (if charged by weight)6.The sooner we are able to receive legible copies of the required documents, the faster we will resolve the claim / complaint. Keep in mind that the claims process must meet local and federal deadlines.Best regards,Customer Service Dept.Claims@csipros.org"What a JOKE! There isn't even anything listed by #6. Anyways, I got my money back from the credit card company, because I guess they agreed that both of these companies are shams as well.
