Moving is an absolute stress so I must say it definitely makes it easier when you have good help. I decided it was time to leave the Big Apple to move to Tampa, Florida and with the butterflies came the nerves and anxiety of making sure everything went without a hitch. A friend recommended Apollo Relocation and man was it a great choice. They made the move completely stress free and all my belongings arrived in Tampa in the time promised. The movers even helped us put our mattresses in mattress covers at pick up. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the movers helped stage our rooms with the appropriate boxes upon arrival. I am not looking forward to moving again but when I do, I will definitely be giving them a call!

I did not have a pleasant experience with Apollo Relocation Services.I moved from Clifton Park, NY to Sacramento, CA in September 2015. While I was doing my research for long distance moving, I came across this company. A couple of red flags: 1. Business license is very new2. Lots of negative review (Yelp, BBB, etc.)3. Large amount of security deposit ($700 out of ~$2000 total quote was security deposit)A representative over the phone assured me over and over that I can reach and talk to a real person any time during business hours. After I paid $700 around noon, I could not get a hold of any representatives for the rest of the day. I tried generic company number, branch specific number, representative who I signed with--nothing.I knew immediately I made a mistake. The next day, I received an email from some lady who coordinates projects. I asked to speak with the customer service agent.The customer service agent cut me off multiple times, said my request is the most ridiculous thing he has ever heard, that he does not understand what I'm saying, etc. I said I have to file a BBB complaint and he said that's just straight up distortion. He was the most aggressive customer service agent I've talked to ever. I swear I'm not making this up haha.. and I welcome Apollo Relocation Services to publicly share fully recorded version of this conversation. From the company's point of view, he did well by not issuing any refund or whatnot. From customer's point of view, it was very stressful and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.I filed a complaint through BBB and provided this company with a phone record that shows at which time I called Apollo Relocation Services and how I was misled about the quality of the service offered by Apollo Relocation Services. I still have yet to remain dissatisfied with this company.Please make sure to do extra research before doing business with this company.

I've never experienced such lying and scamming from a company! Nasty people, the customer service I willNot even begin to describe. I never got my refund, I never got to speak with anyone after 2 nasty phone calls. Do NOT use this company. They are so shady!!!!

This service was a total scam, Paul White whom I delt with from the very beginning was helpful at first. He provided me an unbeatable price quote that was pretty competitive with  my other offers. After paying what i thought was a $500 deposit, the entire time Paul kept emphasizing the fact that they were a national company and that they would be handling my move it a total professional manor. So, I had to wait 1-2 days for the movers to come load my stuff.  Imagine my surprise when a totally different moving company shows up to my door and tells me they were contracted by Apollo. So as they begin looking at everything that was inventoried by Apollo they informed my that my space was under estimated thus doubling the cost of my move.  The movers then explained that Apollo pulls stunts like this to them all of the time and that it was negatively affecting their business. You see Apollo is a 3rd party contracting company that only cares about getting their $500 commission. I've been trying unsuccessfully to contact their customer service team team since last week and have been totally unsuccessful. I highly recommend against using this awful company

DO NOT USE!!! I am sitting in my apartment three days after my scheduled move and no one has arrived. I've been rescheduled 3 times and I have no idea what I am going to do if they do not show up in the next 2 hours. I trusted their salesperson and I put down a hefty deposit and I can't get anyone on the phone. Moving is so stressful, and you put your trust and investment into a moving company but what do you do when you have to move and they don't show up? This is going to cost me more in rent/ fees and make it difficult to start my new job on time. My next call will be to my lawyerDon't use this company.
