These guys were great! They showed up within my timeframe and were very efficient. My new apartment did not have easy parking and they managed to figure out where to park and get the job done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving in the area.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I think some of these reviews were definitely written by friends of the movers. I don't believe our case is isolated. The movers that came out to us were nice, and they worked their butts off. However, we noticed that our television had been damaged after the move. Even after they charged us an extra 50 dollars for "crating". "Crating" is basically the movers wrapping your stuff in a very thin sheet of cardboard, and then taping a dirty moving blanket over it. It looked like the television had been pushed into a box in the truck. The back was dented so bad that the components made an impression into the metal, and the screen was damaged as well. The TV was a Samsung Smart TV. It was $1200. However, when it came time for the company to make good, that is when the trouble began. First of all, it took Eric, the manager, almost a week to get back to us, and that was after we kept calling. When he called us back, he explained that the company was only liable for $0.60 per pound. That equals out to roughly $25. We were never offered any additional coverage. Our mistake was to assume the company was responsible for our stuff. When we told him this was not sufficient, he began to haggle with us. He said he could give us $200, and acted like he was doing us a favor. He made a comment about buying a $200 TV at Costco to replace the one THEY broke. This is not the end of it. We HAD a treadmill that was really hard for them to move,Even though we told them ahead of the move that we had a treadmill, so they made us sign a waiver that said they were not responsible for the treadmill. We signed it, and they proceeded to move it, and break it in the process. They also tore up the wall in the hallway. We said NOTHING about this. We knew we signed a waiver, and we knew it was on us. We even tipped the movers $50 a piece. Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT use this company to move with. You would be better off doing it yourself. At least if you break anything you know your responsible for it.

These guys are AMAZING! Would definitely use them in the future.1. Showed up right when they said they would. 2. Miguel and Israel got to work right away and were cautious and proactive when it came time to begin the actual move out. 3. Everything that needed wrapping or padding was done expertly. Literally nothing that was moved was damaged in the slightest. 4. The move in went faster then the move out. The guys, again, went right to work and made sure that everything went where it was supposed to.

The guys worked tirelessly to get us and all of our junk moved, and they we're done faster than I expected.  No breakages, friendly service.   Would use them again!Islam and the crew were awesome!  Thanks guys.
