After waiting for our new recliner for nearly a month and a half with no regular updates, we were notified that they would be delivering it the next day between 1-5. Because they gave zero notice, I had to take the day off of work even though money and shifts are tight right now from Covid. I wasted hours and hours waiting for the delivery and it never came. After the promised delivery window we got a quick call saying they were running late but would be there within the hour. After the hour passed, we attempted to call every number they provided- and even the “after hours support number” left us on hold forever, hung up, or transferred us to a dead message line. We made 10+ phone calls, emailed for support, and reached out in every way we could think of. We were on hold for over 2 hours in total and were not connected with a single person every though it kept saying we were next to speak to someone. Another 4 hours passed (I had waited for more than 8 hours at this point) and not a single phone call for the delay and the order never came- nothing was ever delivered.
I then Found hundreds of scathing reviews online, many with stories like mine. When we tracked the item with their website, it showed it was out for delivery, and then all of a sudden, the same tracking site says that they cannot find any order with my order number. Now, the tracker that said my item was being delivered within an hour is saying there is no order number matching my information. This company is a total SCAM. It appears as though they doctor the tracking information, when in reality your items aren’t even out for delivery. As with many others, it looks like we will be forced to take them to court for fraud and theft. Thankfully we recorded all of the conversations and took screenshots of all of the tracking “updates” that all of a sudden disappeared. I think the best thing to do would be if all of the victims of this companies illegal practices group together and file a joint complaint. AM Home Delivery needs to be held accountable for their fraud and shady business practices. When they lie and refuse to deliver product as agreed upon in the sales contact, they have committed theft of my property. I am still out $700 because they have not held up their end and delivered. This company deserves to be shut down.

THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND THEIR DELIVERY SYSTEM IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a couch from Appliances Connection and they delivered it via AM Trucking. Once the couch was on it's way, I was provided a tracking number and link to track my order. I actually had the couch delivered to the roommate's house in the San Jose, so they touched based with him to set up the delivery date and time. We ended up scheduling it for Wednesday, August 23rd. They gave us a delivery window of 5pm-9pm. It arrived around 5:45pm.They have a White Glove delivery service where they'll set up the couch in a room of your choice. However, this only includes one flight of stairs, or 7 steps. Since I live on the third floor of my building with many more than 7 steps per flight, I just opted for the In Home delivery which I believe includes bringing it to the front room or garage of your house. (This is why I had it delivered to the roomie's place.) I'm not sure if this is AM Trucking or Appliances Connection's policy, but that's what I was told.I wasn't there when they got the couch, but apparently, the delivery guy brought it into the front room of the house fairly quickly and easily. Just one single (and apparently really strong) guy and a dolly. My couch weighs almost 300lbs, so to me, that's impressive. We had a much harder time getting the couch up my two flights of stairs once the roommate brought it up from SJ to SF.I wish they provided smaller delivery windows as four hours is a long time in the evening, but they did delivery it within the first hour. I've read some of the negative reviews here, so I'm glad our delivery went off without a hitch.

paid someone to wait 4 hours...for what?  they didn't show up.the day before delivery, they called and told me they would be coming tomorrow - which was Wednesday.  they would not negotiate a different day.   So I paid someone to wait for the appliances  (and this person had to rearrange their schedule for the 4 hour window).  when the 4 hours was up, i called AM trucking and they told me i was on the schedule for  THURSDAY.  Holy crap.    bad service   nuff said.

My Samsung UHD TV was delivered by AM Trucking this morning.  Not only wasit on time, but the two delivery specialists "delivered" on the "whiteglove" treatment!  They were courteous, efficient and professional.   Goingabove and beyond by helping me move my old TV from the family room to theliving room!  Unfortunately I was not prepared to offer recompense on thespot.  My wife insisted on making a run to the bank only two blocks away.This would haven taken three minutes at most.  They kindly refused.  I canonly assume they were eager to satisfy their next customer!   I willheartily recommend your company to friends and family. In short...  Excellent, professional service with a smile.  *****, A++,10/10!!!Sincerely Tom L.Scotia, NY

These people couldn't be worse. They were supposed to deliver a desk; they show up the first time without even saying they are coming. Then we reschedule and they came 30 mins early, call but was on the phone--not thinking it was them, and on a client call, couldn't pick up. I called back 10 mins later and they said they had left and wouldn't come back. AGain, they show up without even saying when they were coming back (side note: luckily I work from home but i am on a lot of calls all day) I picked up the phone and they saw I had 4 steps to go up and refused to bring this 150lb desk up the four steps to my townhome and said it would cost me to bring up; i asked how much, his response "how much you willing to pay". I am 5'2" 120lb girl, ummm hello, wtf. I said I didn't realize i had to vig my delivery driver so i only have 20 dollars on me. He said literally "nope not enough" and left it in the front hallway. Such gentleman.
