The crew that arrived to my house were truly amazing the price was exactly what we agreed upon they worked nonstop and into the night I could not be happier I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

I shopped around , received many quotes , went with all pro .. $79.00 per hour , three men and a truck .The men were polite , worked hard wasted no time .Unfortunately almost every box we packed required additional taping to ensure no damage ..they reboxed so much it was astounding.They explained upon ARRIVAL they didn't move electronics ( we had three flat screens ) no art work no plants etc .However if I paid to have the items crated and wrapped they would move them ..The original quote was under $1000 and to my surprise after almost 9 hours to pack and unpack the truck ( I moved 8 miles from a three bedroom condo to a 4 bed single family ) my final bill ...$2600!!!! Oh it also had to be CASH !!!!Oh and the next day when Comcast arrives to install cable .. one of the flat screens was damaged ( cells in center of screen as result of the mover lifting tv up and resting  it on his head as he carried it ) .I contacted the company immediately..Two months have passed and I can't even get the claims department to reimburse me for the cost of crating and packing ($200.00)SO Disgusted with the integrity and level of customer service received . There are literally thousands of movers in the state ... I assure you NO ONE I know will EVER hire this company..Other than blasting this company vis social media , contacting the BBB and my own homeowners insurance I'm researching my other options to hold the company accountable.Wish me luck and take my ADVICE.....AVOID ALL PRO !!!

Excellent service and worth the price. I carefully read reviews for several companies before contracting with them and could not be happier with my choice. The service shined from the initial estimate call to the completion of the service. The movers were true professionals and the crew, led by Joshua, arrived promptly the morning of the move. He was calm, clear, helpful, and efficient. My last move was with another company where the crew lead was a jerk who broke several of our plates and was seemingly unapologetic. All Pro's crew of three men worked for five hours and took apart our Upper West Side one bedroom and put it back together in downtown Jersey City. Service was friendly and effective, nothing was broken, and no stress either (and for me, an intense New Yorker, that is really saying something!). Good job and thank you! Just two words: "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

John Reznick came to the house to give me an estimate...walked around and said "this is more like a 2 bedroom house rather than a 3 bedroom condo and most of your furniture is from IKEA", it is a 3 men job and wrote an estimate of $750 (no hidden fees), bed bug free guarantee, family owned, check my reviews etc..very genuine guy...most other companies gave me an estimate of $1400 and upwards..I was skeptical about his estimate but he seemed very genuine and even recited an instance when someone used a mover who had quoted less than All Pro Moving and then came back to John and saved money. In my mind, I thought, even if the final cost increased by few hundreds, it may not be that bad. Well, it turned out, I was wrong. The guy Ralph came with 2 guys and in an hour or two, he called John to convey that this is no way a 3 person move and the cost will increase a lot. To their credit, the 3 guys worked hard. I tipped the guys at the end because it was hard work and we ended the move beyond 10PM. But later found out that they messed up with re-assembling the bunk bed, put some boxes in the wrong room. Total cost came to more than double the original estimate!! What an irony!! Worked out very contrary to what John described and the joke is my experience was similar to the instance he recited, the only difference was that it was his company that price gouged me. Not sure if this is a one-off but feel cheated.

I contacted All Pro Moving as I only wanted large furniture moved so I gave a list of 15 pieces of furniture (with great detail) that I wanted moved.  Angela gave me a price and assured me that it wouldn't take longer than 4 hours (their minimum) to move 15 items.  As soon as the moving team arrived, the foreman took me to the side and told me that the price was incorrect because it would take them an additional hour and more packing materials to do the job.  What else do you do the day of your move?  You are at their mercy.  The price was almost double.  I wound up paying $900 for 15 pieces of furniture to be moved.  The movers themselves were very good so that's why I'm giving 2 stars but to be scammed with the pricing was disgusting.  I will never recommend them to anyone.
