These guys are absolute magicians. I had a leather couch in storage that came back with a massive dent in it. All Furniture services sent a great technician, Akro, out, who repaired it and made it look as good as new. The price was fair and the customer service with assessing the cost and sending someone out was really great.Many thanks!

I contacted All Furniture for a quote on repairing a family heirloom antique couch. The problem was that the bottom of the couch was completly shot, it needed a complete rebuild. 3 staff members arrived on time within my allocated time slot, talked through the options for repair and were able to take the couch to repair that day. I knew this wasnt an easy repair so was prepared buy the inital quote being on the higher end. So far i am happy with the initial service, im yet to see the repaired couch but will update when its delivered home.

To help you better understand the unique charm of this company, I have decided to just copy and paste an email I got from the owner, Mikayel, who frequently replies here to negative reviews:   "John if you were looking for partial refund [for the table we damaged. - JL] than we would had to send same tech or no techWe send tech to you that was 2 hours of labor $195 per hour plus $50 visit service charge. He repaired what you pointed and signed off on it, you also ask to repair other things and advises which he also provided. You did bot pay for it. Refund would of being less than what i already spend to please you and what would be appropriate to recognize that.Like i mentioned before we are the service company in the area for all insurance companies moving companies store purchase warranty and protection plan companies and i believe mutual good standing and respect may come handy one day as i am quite sure you may need one day our services directly or indirectly which cross references and reports.I took my step and expense to please you even more went beyond our rules and regulations to please you and have all that on record plus two techs confirming same plus signed papers and pictures.It is your step to either say thank you for me turning procedures way you requested to please you and with no discussion what is what done what ypu pointed and more.I will not reply to any more of your emails but if this goes any further will be counter suing you for the last work and time completed as well as adding you to the black list of all insirance and service providers we are part of which will open any previous and future any type of claims you make to be treated differently.Again i suggest leaving all on good grounds and this will be my last email in respectful term."Mikayel, apparently, forgot the difference between "reply" and "reply all," when he sent the following follow-up email to his technician Arko:"No it is you trying to show those customers yourself personally not as part of the team and this is what always brings to those issues which you dont see Not following rules and procedures notes and or covering for your team You het personal with them providing them what you should not and what used against us badly"Since Mikayel wrote that it was my turn, I would like to take this opportunity and write "thank you!" with "no discussion." I am sure Mikayel will try to argue with what he wrote himself.

I submitted a request for service on their website.  I got a call the next day.  They were able to schedule a tech for the following day.  He showed up within the service window.  He quickly and effectively repaired the damaged item.  He was friendly, efficient and extremely competent.  I was charged what I thought was a fair price price for resolving the issue.  I would't hesitate to use All Furniture Services again.  Highly recommended.

I have 6+year old white leather sofa. Rather than getting a new sofa (bc I have a 2 year old baby) I decided to give it a try to this place. I'm happy with the result and the price was reasonable! Arko was very friendly he cleaned the sofa and re-dyed some parts of it. :)
