The movers- very professional and courteousThe day prior to the move, I received a call from Jay, reminding me of the scheduled move and the time agreed upon.When the guys arrived, I showed them exactly what was moving and what will be staying. I had some extra boxes and two tv stands that I decided to take. All fees were explained up front, and was agreed upon before the move started.During the packing process, the guys very respectful as they address my by name and did what they were there to do as quiet and professional as possible. All I was hearing was tape being pulled from the roll.I was happy to see all kitchen wares and furniture all packed and wrapped and placed in the truck.On the onload, the guys moved very fast, completing the job in a very quick time whilst at the same time, not damaging my stuff.All in all, this was a great move, I would hire them again if ever I have to move in the future.Thanks All Exclusive, you did a fantastic job!

I am happy to write this review for an excellent job and superior customer service. I had a very short timeframe to relocate from Maryland to my new job in New York, all in one day. These guys showed up promptly and took good care of my possessions, ensuring a prompt delivery and unloading with great care. Jim and Jay, in addition to the moving crew provided excellent leadership to ensure excellent service was provided. If you are looking for a moving company that will exceed your expectations, All Exclusive Moving, should be your choice. Do not be deceived by the other crooks who will rob you and destroy your possessions.

Update: I posted my initial 1 star review after only having been told my things wouldn't been be on the road until the 19th. I was initially very angry and hadn't yet had a chance to speak to the manager or sales person. I have since been in contact with them over the course of the day and they have been very  helpful in resolving the issue and clearing up the miscommunication. The only thing I would say is that they could be more clear when talking about dates of delivery upon the initial estimates being made. I will make a final update to this post once the actual delivery has taken place.

Here's an update on my experience with All Exclusive Moving Services.  I incurred over $800 in damage to 2 pieces of expensive antique furniture. Joe, the owner, said I needed to "file a claim" for the damage.  Their "claims department' is a third party company.  I needed to spend at least 4 hours filling out paperwork, writing statements, providing proof of damage, photos - all of which I did.  I just received the settlement claim and I was awarded $64.00.  Now that's what I call quality customer service folks!SHAME ON YOU ALL EXCLUSIVE MOVING SERVICES!!!!!

Moved from New York to North Carolina. They transition was very easy with very professional movers. They were wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.
