WARNING-DO NOT USE ALL AROUND MOVING SERVICES!!!!All Around Moving was hired to handle my interstate moving needs from New York City to Oakland Park, Florida All Around Moving picked up my belongings on Monday August 5th and delivered them to my apartment home 20 days later-(Yes you read this part right 20 days later) On Sunday August 20th the truck arrived with my belongings/move. I hired this company only because after talking with a representative of the company a  woman by the name of Gabby she highly emphasized that the moving company was Highly rated by the BBB and claimed that they were the official movers of NYC's Mayor Michael Bloomberg and NYC City Hall. How much do I painfully regret ever listening to this woman from "All Around Movers" They did not even  do the move themselves they hired a second party or "middle man" to do the physical moving and transporting the goods a company by the name of ADVANTAGE MOVING & STORAGE SERVICES, INC.  A  very expensive Art piece/painting was never delivered to my home and it looks like they lost the item for good or handed it to the wrong people and never to be found again.I called several times to follow up on the status of my painting with no proper professional response from ADVANTAGE MOVERS & STORAGE SERVICES. One day I received on the mail a document explaining to me that I was entitled to a $60.00 refund for the loss of the painting( .10cents on the dollar) asking me to sign a document if I choose and agree to this "refund check" - but there was no such document enclosed inside the letter and once again "ADVANTAGE MOVERS" forgot to do their job properly that they can not even remember to enclose a simple piece of paper for their customer to fill out and sign. Then I had my attorney friend call on my behalf to speak with their claims department and a older man by the name of Vincent rudely and repeatedly started to yell over the phone and telling my attorney friend    "...don't start with that attorney garbage...,don't give me that attorney garbage..."!!!! on and on and would not let my attorney get a word out and he never got to speak to the claims department.It has been 3 months since they picked up my belongings and 5 and half weeks since I reported the item lost with no resolution near .I am considering this experience a complete painful very expensive loss and again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR MOVING SERVICES -NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

This was by far the most horrible move I have every made. Firstly I was told that everything from moving out to moving in would be flawless and guaranteed we would have nothing to worry about and we didn't need a house call. On the day of moving the movers turned up with no boxes or equipment to dismantle any of the furniture. They turned up with a truck that wouldn't fit all our things and then turned around at the end of the day before we moved out to tell us that if we didn't pay four time the amount we were quoted we wouldn't get our stuff back and they wouldn't finish the job. On top of this they were sloppy, took their time and were rude. When we moved in they broke two of our lamps, weren't going to put back together our furniture until I asked us then continued to charge us substantially more. My partner who had been helping all this time now has bruises and cuts up her arm from moving boxes and furniture that we paid the movers to move.I would think twice about allowing these mover to move your things.

I called Gabby and setup an appointment for a cargo van to pickup 50-70 boxes. We setup a price, i gave her my credit card and received the drivers name. She called me the night before the pickup at 8:45pm to confirm the details and take my credit card number and billing address. At 11:00am, the day of the pickup, 1 hour before the truck was to arrive - she calls me and says she is backing out from the job. It is very apparent she is unprofessional and incapable of doing the simplest of tasks. I would highly recommend avoiding them as she will put you in a bad situation all for nothing.
