DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If possible, I'd give 0 stars!

Worst moving experience ever! Despite being advised in advance of the special equipment, the crew showed up unprepared to properly remove our treadmill from the basement. They struggled for over an hour, making several unsafe attempts that resulted in the injury of a crew member (which required an immediate visit to the ER) and repeated damage to the treadmill. Eventually, after watching several YouTube videos and the arrival of some leadership, the crew was able to partially disassemble the treadmill. After the crew left with our belongings, we found one of our large flat screen TVs that was packed up but LEFT in front of our garage by the movers! Upon arrival at our new home on January 4th, the crew–which was supposed to assemble anything they disassembled– did not know how to assemble the treadmill. We scheduled (and paid for) a professional technician to assemble and assess the condition of the treadmill. After submitting the loss claim, we attempted for 6 months to get an update. Only after submitting a BBB complaint did the company assert that the claim had already been settled several months previously. The settlement was a joke – they even refused to reimburse for the re-assembly of treadmill because they didn’t ‘pre-authorize’ it—despite the fact their own team refused to re-assemble it. Then they demanded we give up our right to post a negative review in order to have your claim settled. STAY FAR AWAY!
