Not only did they bump my walls multiple times, leaving black marks everywhere, but I also caught one of them eyeing my phone charger. Sure enough, after they left, it was gone. My fridge arrived with a huge dent in the side, and when I called to complain, they said, “That’s just how moving works.” Excuse me?

They didn’t show up on moving day! I waited for hours, called them repeatedly, and got no response. I had to scramble to find another company last minute.

All my fragile items were stacked at the bottom of a huge pile of boxes. Of course, half of them broke. When I asked about their packing strategy, they just shrugged and walked away.
