DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They broker their moves out. For our move, they brokered with AJ Logistics out of Chicago. From the moment they arrived, it was a constant increase in cost. They arrive late. Then at the point they have about 1/3 of your contents on the truck they tell you there isn't enough room and offer to bring an additional truck for $26,000. Then upon arrival you realize they did not fill the middle section of the truck even though you negotiated for a full semi load. They do not have proper moving equipment and items arrive broken and piano improperly moved. After investigation you find that AJ Logistics is not licensed to carry household goods. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. They do not even deserve 1 star as they are skilled scam artists.

These guys will always be my number 1 moving company. They were always reasonable and respectful. I called around several moving companies and they were the most reasonable one. Service was excellent and everything went smoothly. I would move again with them.

They responded quickly to my call, sent me a quote shortly and explained me the whole process making sure I had no questions. The truck arrived on time and they handled everything like professionals. I wouldn’t have done it better. A pleasure to find people who love their work and company.

From 1 to 10 I would rate them 10 for their trustworthy, efficient and low price service. They make you feel like you’re working with the best company, they didn’t leave anything uncovered, trucking, insurance, packing and handling were perfectly planned.
