History

Established in 2007. I've had many jobs in my life, but my favorites have been the ones where I'm working for myself. The others… not so much. Whenever I've had a «real» boss, I always found myself thinking that I could do things better, more efficiently or for less money. Usually these ideas and suggestions were frowned upon by my supervisors. I guess no one wants to hear ideas from the new guy. It's tough to have your hard work and time rejected, especially when you only wanted to do what's best for the customer.

Horrible. Guys arrived two hours early and expected to be paid to sit there. I had to run from doing the walk through of my new apartment (which I had to cut very short) to go to my storage unit as I was told they would only wait so long and then leave after multiple calls being told all different things (I would be charged for them to wait, they were there, they weren't there, I wouldn't be charged for them to wait, all very concerning..who needs extra stress on moving day?!?).No moving materials, even though they advertise they are included. No moving equipment even though they advertise it's included. No truck available, so I rented one, was supposed to be charged less since no truck but that didn't happen. As I was moving last minute I had no problem renting a truck, but the other materials still should have been provided and I should have received the reduced rate I was given over the phone. I ended up having to rent furniture blankets, wraps, a dolly and whatnot all of which adds up. The guys were nice, but they didn't know how to pack a moving truck. They would stand there and ask what next and where to put it. They didn't put our furniture in any of the right rooms, just threw it all in our living room. An expensive Vizio tv they broke and now the company will not return any of our calls. I was nervous about this company (should have listened to my gut), but the reviews here convinced me they were legit and good. Steer clear! Nothing but extra stress, aggravation and now a broken tv. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. What a horrible way to do business.
