Can you offer 0 stars? Where should I start: they were scheduled to arrive between 1-2 pm, arrived at 5:30, blaming last client for lying to them. The movers were so "tired" since Chris overworked them since 5 am, they told me they were afraid to carry anything more because they would probably drop it. Which they did - I have 20 photos of damaged (and expensive) furniture. They don't bring blankets, or a big enough truck (they took 3 trips over the course of 2 days (too tired the first day), which I paid hourly for. They DEMANDED to be paid in cash, saying Chris instructed them to keep the truck locked with my furniture inside until I paid over $600 IN CASH. I asked them to move their truck from my alley before moving the rest of my furniture, and they left! A few items missing (I'm assuming they kept them in the truck). With an 11 month old baby, I had to move the remaining furniture to a 4 level townhome alone. I am not a yelper, but I joined in order to save any other people from making the very expensive mistake of hiring them. Who just takes off on a job after demanding payment? I have spoken to both a lawyer and a friend who is a lawyer for the City of Chicago, and will do everything in my power to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Don't believe Chris! Don't let these guys anywhere near your home!

THE WORST MOVERS EVER!  DO NOT USE THEM!The others who said they're the worst are not lying! We also booked a move and no one showed up!  They didn't even answer their phones.  All they did was text back.  Who does that? I had to send an email and finally someone replied with a phone #.  Their excuse was the person who confirmed the move was no longer with the company so they didn't know about it. That's a poor excuse when you pay a deposit to your condo to move on a certain date and you have friends waiting to help you move and you rented a storage to move everything to!  And when we finally got someone on the phone, as we complained how unprofessional they were, Chris the owner said, "Well that's your opinion.  Are you done? I need to get back to work." WOWWW really??!! I bought the Living Social deal and reported them to Living Social.DO NOT BUY LIVING SOCIAL DEAL!I also reported them to the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.  Let's see how they handle those departments when they start investigating them.  I posted bad reviews on their Facebook page and they deleted them.  Well, you can't delete this one! HA!REPORT THEM TO DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS & BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!And last but not least....everyone should call and use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK instead!  They can handle large volumes of business and they show up!  They took care of my expensive paintings and moved everything quick and smoothly.  They didn't even charge me for the hours that went over their estimated time.CALL TWO MEN AND A TRUCK INSTEAD!Chris, don't even comment on this because plain and simple...your company sucks and you are no professional!  I hope this review kills your business and teaches you how to be more professional.....

So I moved at the beginning of the month of April and finally had time to write this review. These guys are nothing but professionals did things quickly and very efficiently. My move took a way longer time than I expected but these guys powered through the entire thing. I hired them since I cant do heavy lifting because of a past accident. I swear I did not lift a finger to pick up and carry my things down to the truck. All i did was tell them where to put my boxes and things and felt like a project manager lol. I will hire them again the next time I move!

What a terrible company. Booked via Amazon for the painter for a day and this company failed in a multitude of ways. 1) Never contacted me 24 hours in advance as they were supposed to do 2) No showed when the appointment was scheduled so I was just waiting around 3 hours at home on a beautiful Saturday morning and 3) didn't return my Saturday morning voicemails.I wouldn't recommend a soul to use them for any service. If Amazon sticks you with this company, immediately request a change. Thankfully Amazon rescheduled me with another company.

We purchased a trampoline via Amazon.  Not wanting to endanger my kids I also paid for set up.  Trade Movers was subbed to do the work. The trampoline as delivered on Tuesday 6/13. Trade mover gave us a 4 hour window from 11-2 on Wednesday.  We had to reach out to them at 2:54 as we still had not heard anything. They responded quickly saying it had been raining all day and he wasn't coming.  That was shocking since it was completely dry here and near as I can tell from all the weather reports it was dry in Chicago also. IE: BS excuse.  But things happen, so we agreed on 10-11 today (6/15/17). They were told to contact my wife's cell.  Instead of contacting my wife's cell they texted our land line 4 times. He said he called 4 times as well.  Funny that my caller ID doesn't show any calls we can't identify, isn't it? When we responded to his email calling him on his BS and pointing out that we do in fact have caller ID (DUH!) and that he had not called, he stopped responding. We contacted Amazon and got someone else to come up and do the set up.  I WOULD NEVER use these guys. Who knows what BS excuse they will use when they break or misplace your things.
