Lived in Chicago nearly seven years and never was in need of extra storage space until recently. A tough personal situation led me to move out of my apartment and stay with family for a few months until I found a new place- very stressful for someone who really didn't know what she was doing! John was a dream, completely understanding of the situation and helpful every step of the way. This location is clean, every employee is friendly, and they make it all very simple and stress-free. I will definitely use them again!

Clean, air conditioned, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Coming from Phoenix, I'm used to offsite storage facilities operated by sketchy vagrants who almost hope you don't pay your bill so they can break in and auction off your stuff. I lost my credit card that was attached to my account and forgot it was set to auto deduct my monthly payment and my unit went into default. The staff was very helpful in getting this sorted out so I could keep my stuff and switch my payment method. Every time I'm there to get into my unit the staff offers to help me with the ladder (I picked a stackable unit) which isn't necessary but its a nice touch! Maybe they can tell I'm a klutz and they don't want me to get hurt! I've also never had a problem getting in after hours and the place feels really secure.

Directly across from Merchandise Mart on Kinzie. On-site parking is limited but otherwise it's a great place for your storage needs. Safe, air-conditioned, several different sized storage options, good pricing and really excellent customer service! Highly recommended if you live anywhere in the area.
