Smooth Movin

I have relied on Smooth Movin to move my family, friends, and co-workers for the past couple of years. I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to customer service satisfaction. Having said that, Smooth Movin has by far exceeded all expectations I could have ever set! They not only did they do a great job moving my family twice in the past couple of years but they have also moved several family members, friends, and co-workers from as close to across town to as far as across country. These guys have a way of taking what can be an unpleasant and sometimes difficult day and turning it into a somewhat enjoyable experience. Their attitudes were great and there was no such thing as "we can't" it was always "we will figure out a way!"I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great moving experience!   Great job Smooth Movin! Thank you for all of the help!

I have used Smooth Moving twice now and both times I couldn't have been more pleased!  They wrapped our furniture for us and helped disassemble some of the larger pieces.   The guys were friendly and very efficient while loading all of our belongings.  When we arrived at our new home they did an amazing job getting everything in for us!  It was like an assembly line bringing everything in and getting it all in its place.  Nothing was damaged and they charged us a very reasonable rate!  I would def use Smooth Moving again!!

WOW says it all. These guys are great. They fit me into their schedule with less than 24 hours notice. They arrived on time the next day and went straight to work. Everything was wrapped in blankets and plastic. Nothing was broken or damaged. They packed my furniture into the cargo area like they were making a puzzle. There was no space left between anything - so nothing could shift and cause damage. Everyone should call these guys first and last. Smooth Movin' made this move a whole lot less stressful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I stopped by the office just to rent a truck for my move and I hesitated when Steve asked if I wanted to hire the movers as well.  I told him I would get back to him,and after thinking about how much I had to move, I decided it was a good choice.  WOW!  Was I glad I did.  These guys were ready to go  when I arrived to pick up the truck. They were quick and efficient.  They were careful with my furniture and machines.  They were even  able to (successfully) move my piano-this was a real plus for me as several other times I have moved it, I paid a moving company specializing in pianos and paid almost as much for just that as I did for this entire move.  That being said, I feel the cost was very reasonable,  well worth the money.

This review comes a couple months late, but with the time that's passed I wanted to make sure to say how amazing these guys are. I was moving from IL to AZ, and we had smooth movin do our truck load. We have moved around way too much in the past, and have always expected a certain about of headaches no matter how good the company is. Smooth Movin was a pleasure to deal with, the guys were SO nice and helpful, and they truly care about your things getting to the next home safely. I was nervous when we got to AZ because our last move lots of our furniture was damaged from the truck not being loaded properly. Not one thing was broken when these guys loaded us. We had not one single issue. I would recommend these guys 100%, and if I had stayed in the area I would only use them!!! Maybe they can open a second location in AZ :)
