THANK YOU! We needed furniture moved to 4 different locations and it worked without a hitch. The movers were efficient and professional. I would use this company again.

I was referred to Roy's by a friend, so I called Roy's and Jesus came to my place to assess the move.  He gave me a quote that was a good amount cheaper than the other quotes I had gotten so far, so I agreed to use his services.  Set up an appointment and called him the day before to confirm we were still on schedule.They came on time the next morning (5 minutes early actually), and they went to work.  All I can say is WOW.  I didn't have a ton of stuff, but it was still a 1 bedroom apartment with all the furniture you would expect (couches, tables, TVs, etc.) as well as a workout bench, and they were incredibly fast and efficient.They handled everything with care - they wrapped everything in plastic and some things in both cloth and plastic.  They disassembled my giant bed frame and took it to the new place.  Between wrapping/unwrapping everything, loading/unloading, and disassembling/reassembling, the entire move (from Irving Park to Bucktown) took under 90 minutes.  I was seriously baffled; I expected it to take twice that long.I highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future!

I used these guys after six friends told me they were great. I had a two bedroom condo down sizing to a one bedroom going from south loop to river north (1.8 miles) I was told that if I had gotten rid of my furniture there would be a discount... Day of move.. They show up an hour late. And then after selling my furniture.. (two tables, a Sectional, accent chair and a bed) I was told.. Oh well you have too many boxes. So no discount. Are you kidding me?! I was not happy. Yes they were fast. Two hours and the whole thing was done. But shady business I don't appreciate. I still tipped. Why? Because I felt like the workers shouldn't be punished for poor owners and managers. A decent price overall but not the way to do business. And also...when talking poorly about the people in the home.. Make sure you know they don't speak Spanish. I am fluent. I understood everything that was said about me.

It's a delayed review but Roy were great! Jesus came to my apt in Oak Park and gave me a quote. On the day of the move I was worried that I was not well packed since lots of my stuff were still scattered. But they came and helped me wrap things and moved all my stuff in 2 hours! They price was very reasonable.

I've got to change my rating.  I found out recently that Roy's guy hadn't damaged that dresser.  It was my husband!  Sorry, Roy!  So we called them again for our second move which had a lot more stuff.  They were fast, neat, and affordable.  You can trust Roy and his guys, but you may have to keep an eye on you husband helping them out.  ;D
