Moving made easier!!!!! I have a couple of friends who have used Redi Box so I decided to give it a try. Starting with when I ordered them online their customer service has been remarkable. The week of the delivery they sent me an email confirmation but I also got a text reminder the day before. On the delivery date I was flying home from a work trip and had a change of plans. I emailed Redi Box to try and change the delivery time. They promptly emailed me back that they would try to accommodate these changes. I really appreciate them going over and above the call of duty to accommodate last minute delivery changes! Eric, the delivery driver, called me ASAP to coordinate a new time and everything worked out perfectly. When he arrived he brought everything inside and showed me how to use them. Again, this was over and above the call of duty as he could have just dropped off the boxes and left. Instead, he ensured all of my questions were answered and thanked me for using their services.This is a great company with high quality employees like Eric that will ensure everything is taken care of. If you're moving definitely order boxes from Redi box and you will not be disappointed!

I was looking for a mostly green moving option. I used them, in combination with regular boxes for items that were still at my ex boyfriend's in the hinterlands (no comment...it was a very mother earth time of my life), to move, hopefully for the last time. My mom even came and helped me pack (I know...I tried to talk her out of it, but secretly I think she just wanted to go through my stuff). They were delivered right on time, wheeled to my door. A studio stack was about 7 feet tall, by the way. No tape. Labels supplied. It's pretty easy to pack a whole kitchen and bedroom in less than a day, which is exactly what Nancy did. Whoo hoo. Gave her more time to flirt with my doorman. Sigh. They picked them up a few days after, right on time, with a text the day before asking me to confirm pickup, and a 15 minute call beforehand to warn me they were in the neighborhood. Having them picked up is exactly the motivation I needed to get everything unpacked and put away, kind of. (Don't look in my drawers...things may come flying out). Would use again, but as I said, they will be removing my body from this place. Mark my words.

Redi-Box made our move easy!! Amazing boxes and amazing customer service!  Environmentally friendly, wallet friendly, and so much easier than trying to find boxes on your own.  They even gave me a few extra days at no charge.  Highly recommend!

Redi-Box made our move SO much easier! I have a friend that used them a couple years back for a short-distance move, so I decided to give them a shot too. I couldn't think of any better way to do it than with Redi-Box. Obviously they stack perfectly, and you don't have to worry about cardboard boxes and tape. One of the best parts for me is that it forced me to unpack within 2 weeks so they could come pick them up. By far this was the quickest, easiest move I've ever had. Mark gave me a 20-minute heads up for both drop-off and pick-up, and he was super nice and helpful. I wish I could give another star!

My husband & I decided to move from West Loop out to Wheaton....these guys are amazing! We hired our movers and after seeing the packing fee of about $400, we decided "yeah...we can pack our one bedroom by ourselves." So instead of going through the hassle of finding & buying boxes, I found Redi-Box on Yelp.Bobby and John both made our moving experience much less stressful. The Saturday before our move Bobby met us in the loading dock and gave us the boxes in just a few short minutes. We ended up going with the 30 boxes (they stacked 15 of them on these great wheelie platforms that made them easy to move) and it worked out just perfectly for our 1 bedroom apartment. We also ordered the packing paper which I highly recommend for moving plates, glasses, breakables, etc.You get to keep the boxes for two weeks. Since the two week mark was over Christmas, Bobby was great and let us keep them a few extra days. The pick up day fell on a Tuesday and my husband & I work downtown. John was flexible with his time and we were able to work it out so that our leasing office was able to help him to get our boxes.We highly, highly recommend working with them!
